This look is great for younger women, but what about a professional look for women 40-60 years old? The glitter under the eye wouldn't work for older women at all. I have bought Milani shadows and seemed like they were hard to make the color pop. You can put quite a bit on your applicator and the color barely tints the eye. Maybe I bought one that was't so good.

I got 3 out of 4 milani minerals blushes except for Luminous bc I already have something similar to it. They are great & for 75%!

I am trying to save money by not buying so much makeup also. One thing that I used to do is buy similar colors of certain things all the time. For example, I decided I don't need 5 plum lipsticks that all looked very similar or I don't need 3 brown eyeshadows that all look the same. lol

i bought the single eyeshadow (like your green) in a gorgeous champagne color and i adore it...i also got one of the trendsetter shadows, which i dropped and it shattered everywhere, so i didn't get to use it *bangs head*... now i want to go back for the blush! those are soo pretty! =)
