  • Hey :D sry i'm a little late, but my left pac is not as fit as my right pac. so i'm suppost to work out with my left hand up, right? :) plz respons asap

  • Do uneven push ups with on both hands which will make it even. Am i right?

  • i need help my left Chest is uneven with my right Chest. my right chest bigger than my left chest how can i get both even chest?

  • look all you guys jus need to chill and use dumb bells (db bench) for a while with good form and you will all be fine, its caused mainly by bad form on bench.

    i got 4 well defined abs on my right side, and 3 defined ones on my left.

    although i am starting to see a fourth on my left side but they're all lower down then my right

    Thanks for commenting. Doing uneven (unilateral) exercises can help to correct imbalances but it's best to consult a personal trainer.

    But I would say put your RIGHT on the raised surface and go deep, low and straight down with the push-up.

  • Every guy is the same bro, I also have that. Every guys chest is uneven.

  • the side that is weaker... so for u it would be the right side

  • oh i forgot to tell ya,

    dont put one side A LOT higher than the other (like no more than 5cm), cuz u can seriously damage ur back and infraspinati..)

    another way is to do bench press at the weight which u can do up to 10reps per set, and put 2.5lb more on ur weaker side. PS: no more than 2.5lb!!!!

  • Hey FTU - again I'd say experiment with the reps and frequency. I'm not really one for prescribing amounts because I've learned that everyone responds differently to exercises. So I'd just say listen to your body.

  • But a have well bigger shoulders than u ( if ur the person in the video ) and all a do is overload bench press evey 2nd day :S

  • That's cool! All depends on where your priorities lie: Size, strength, agility, functionality, flexibility, speed or just fun? I know people far musclier than me that can't lift their own bodyweight more than 10 times in a press up or pull up their priority is size mine is agility and strength!

  • Strengthens the shoulders more than normal press ups do. It's what got me able to shapeshifters easily.
