@angelaawesome1998 she was the first to be killed and she didnt deserve it and she always knew she was going to die young many people beleive she was a angel sent down from heavens i beleive that to :) but she was just a amazing person she was the nicest person you could ever meet
I know it may seem bad but I believe that god took rachels life so that all of our lives could be touched. Had I not seen this video at my school I would never have gotten the message that god was trying to send to me. So thank you Rachel Joy Scott because of you i now know what my true calling is and I promise to accept your challenge and make it my goal to follow it everyday of my life!
I watched it in the auditorium today at my school! I just want to live life the best now! I accept the challenge, and I love everyone in my life right now so much! and im ao thankful for them!
Today we had rachel's challenge in the auditorium, I teared up so much, when they asked us to describe today as our last day, I'd wnat to spend it with my BFF, Alicia. i will accept the challenge!
O my gosh I will not stop crying! Rachel and the twelve others deserve to live and that was just horrible what happened on april 20 1999 which was Adolf Hitler's birthday :( Rest in peace Rachel. You are an inspire to my life.
we did this at my school and people were acctually laughing!!!! i had to go to guidence because i wouldnt stop crying. i think those are the people rachel set out to change. i accept the challenge forever and always!!!
RIP Rachel Joy . Before you were born - you had a purpose & I'm sad it had to be this way ; but that purpose was & still is being fulfilled . The fact that the eyes had 13 tears & the man called your father about that dream - I won't lie ; that completely scares me - but it lets me know.... You're okay . Wherever you are in this world & whatever region you are helping or person you are helping by spirit - you're okay . -3
first of all R.I.P to all of those who died that day.second of all just think what made all of this happen.......... Bullying so because the shooters were bullied they felt they had to do something now that doesnt mean that it was the right thing to do but still that brings me to my third thing we ALL need to follow what rachel was trying to do and save us all we need to stop bullying please give me thumbs up if you agree make this at the top to so everyone can hear my offerings!
This is the absolute worst thing that could happen to a school and innocent children and young adults. Everyone will die eventually, but this is not a good way to die. Rest In Peace to all who died in this terrible tragedy and all others that died in others. This seriously made me cry, and if you didn't get even a little emotional on the inside, or think of how good you really do have your life, think again.
My school, Matoaca High, adopted Rachel's Challenge today. There was not a large problem with bullying, racism, or any other sort of unkindness that I noticed very often, but it was definetely there. The presentation impacted and changed my life for the better.
i dont want thumbs up i saw the presentation at my school and was inspired. but im not going to just post things on facebook for "likes" or comment on these videos for "thumbs up" i want to spread kindness by making others fell happy. im in highschool and so many people get bullied for their "color" "race" "dissabilitie" etc. i want to stop all that. but theres people with no hearts out there but the best i can do is try. i accept rachels challenge <3
Great video, in spite of its reason for existing.I am older and out of school thus wasn't aware of the Rachael Scott challenge however Iam thrilled her story has continued to move so many.About 10 years ago I read "She Said Yes."and cried a lot but couldn't put it down. For me there aren't any words to explain the depth of her wonderful inspiration and much like trying to find the right words to explain God's glory.Maybe there are people like Rachael because there aren't any words to describe it.
at my school we do the same thing called rachels challeng i started crying when i saw one of the killers taped the table and seid pek a booo it was very touching
Rachel is an inspiring girl i saw this today and i was crying the entire time. what inspried me the most was her quote at 4:00 "These hands belong to Rachel Joy Scott and will someday touch millions of people's hearts". And it did, myself included. I accept Rachel's Challenge and I am also inspried by her. R.I.P Rachel Joy Scott including the 11 other students and brave teacher Dave Sanders R.I.P =')
I just saw the presentation today and it was honestly amazing. You could hear a pin drop in the auditorium we sat in most kids and teachers we crying about this amazing girl and the horrible tragedies that happened that day. Her story is inspiring. I accecpt Rachels Challenge.
Yesterday, a man came to my school and showed us what Rachel's challenge is. I have never felt so close to the people around me in that school before. The presentation was very touching. & I hope people see this as a reason to change. I accept Rachel's Challenge.
Some awesome dude with dreds came to my school today. The presentation spoke to me and was really touching. I accept the challenge and I really hope every does instead of just saying it now and turning to the same person they were 5 days later.
today. i cried at the presentation at my school. this touched my heart in many ways. thank you. R.I.P. Rachel Joy Scott.. you will neve be forgotten you are soo very missed♥
Great Video!! Rachel's Challenge is coming to my Middle School this Wednesday and I hear it is a great presentation. Emotinal but life changeing. I will always keep her in my prayers.
R.I.P Rachel, you will always be in my heart, you remind me a lot, and my thoughts, prayers, and dreams will always be there for you. Nothing much to say but we love you and R.I.P. Thank You......
I am having then come to speak to me tomorrow i looked this up and all i can think of is how honest and true Rachel Scott was lets live on Rachels chain reaction....<3
For the people who didn`t like this video, you really need to meet this family. i did and i talked to all of them. i was real close to Rachel. for whom can`t understand this please try. This is touching and true. I moved schools a few years ago into Ga and they came to my school and it is really hard to bare.
they came to my school 2 years ago and it was so touching everyone even me and the other guys were bawling their eyes out i wish the best for their families and i know this make a huge impact on everyone.
For everyone that wants to start a chain reaction of kindness but doesn't know where to start:
If you have a Facebook, search "Daily Challenges of Kindness" and like it. Every morning you will receive a challenge of kindness that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
Who knows. You may save a life. You may just start a chain reaction.
I have a question. You said 12 died...I thought two other innocent died as well. I ain't trying to start shit with anyone. Hell I want Rachel's Challenge to come to my school next. But umm..were the boys not counted in loss?
rachels brother came to out school two years ago for this presentation. It inspired me so much.
Rest in peace rachel scott, and all of those other children who lost their lives at columbine, as well as eric and dylan, I do not condone your actions, but I'm truely sorry you couldnt have been born into a kinder world.
Oh my gosh. They had NO right to shoot Rachel. If only Rachel could see this now.
Dear Rachel,
You have made a change. No one will forget you, Nor your friends, Nor your family. You have shown such a compassion, That I accept your challenge. I hope you can hear me, Rachel. I want you to know I stand beside you with your challenge. You started a chain reaction, Rachel, --We just have to finish it.
I accept Rachel's challenge, and I will never stop being inspired by Rachel Scott. I am crying because we had an assembly at school, and they showed us parts of the news videos. This touch me a lot so thank you for making this video. R.I.P. Rachel Scott, you will always remain in our heart.
my cousin was in that shooting and I'm very thankful she is alive today. she was friends with Rachel Scott and has memories of that horror day. Today in school we watched the Rachel's challenge and i hope tat Rachel touched everyone's hearts
I watched a presentation on this today at my skool, and i was crying the whole time!!!!! it was soooooo sad and i wish i could have met Rachel Scott!!! R.I.P. to all those who died...
Despite my past comment, this is a very inspiring video. It makes me realize the victims point of veiw, where as before I only saw the shooters. They only killed those people because they hated their social type, they hated the people for being mean to them. imo, this was everybodies fault. Its not good to call Eric and Dylan monsters and thats that, this was 100% preventable. If only poeple could come to the realization that this video takes you to...
Columbine wasnt one of the most violent massacres of history. It was the worst high school shooting to date, but if you think 12 people dying is one of the worst massacres in HISTORY... well, its normal to see that kind of logic in a common 11 year old.
There was an assembly for all the freshmen at my high school. That assembly really does make you put things in perspective. Shows you see how fast things can be gone. Instantly; and how ONE person, JUST ONE PERSON, touched so many people, and always did the right thing. I literally want to be a different person after watching that.
I just heard about this tragic story in school today. I cried..Its was really hard to watch it and not cry. I heard about Rachel's Challenge...and Im going follow through with it...for her<3 R.I.P to all those who lost their lives and still sending my sympathy to the families who lost a loved one.. It should of never happened. /:
For the poeple who disliked this, maybe they should've been in that Columbine Shooting, just to see how they felt. Absolutely HEARTLESS and it's DISGUSTING.
i am also sorry to the 45 people who don't have hearts that disliked this. I suggest you try to find a whole new you, and turn that frown the other way.
I'm crying right now. Today, on 11-11-11, we honor not only Veterans, but also Rachel Scott. At the Georgia dome, we collected all of the kindness chains from schools in metro-Atlanta. All together, we collected enough of these chains to spread across 10 miles. This shows that Rachel's theory was true; "I have this theory that if one person can go out of their way to show compassion, then it will start a chain reaction of the same.People will never know how far a little kindness can go."
I was watching the news, and they kept going on and on about this. I wasn't so much annoyed, but inspired. It took me several minutes to find this and when I did I was touched. My school never showed this to me, and maybe that's why it's so big to me now. For the 45 dislikes, I'm very shocked. I will sub and share this to my own website, which hopefully will further her chain.
I had only learned about Rachel's story today at my school. Wow.... She sounds like she was an awesome, genuine person. RIP Rachel Scott. I hope your story will impact my school to change it for the better.
I saw the Rachel's challenge thing today at my school, my eyes where like waterfalls! Why did those two kill all of those people? Is it because they where just mean like that?
@andreabailey100 no i watched a documentary and they were bullied from like 7thgrade to their senior year, they never had many friends they were always pushed around and that sprout a lot of anger in their hearts where they then commited the columbine high school shooting, R.I.P all who died :(
thats so sad, i remember when our school went and saw the rachaels challenge thing. i was in 8th grade i think, and im a guy ans I still almost cried. its so sad. R.I.P Rachel
At our school, If we aceppt Rachel's Challange You get your name on a banner and your handpint on a wall forever! But yuo have to prove that you will do rachels challange ;) Love you Rach <333
@xxLimbo85xx Oh so you knew her? you talked to her and her friends? hopefully thats what happened cause i KNOW someone that actually HAS a heart, and doesnt know her would NEVER say anything like that.. because that would just be wrong.. so you knew her right? you two were bestfriends? no? wait... so how do you know? how was she a bully... go ahead.. im listening...? nothing? oh... oh yeah.. you didnt know her... your just a heartless bully who judges people.. hey, thats what you called her? wow
last year, i had the amazing experience of being able to see this program. I bawled my head off.. especially when the man told us to close our eyes and think of anyone that we might need to apologize to and just do it. dont hold a grudge. when he said to open them, almost everyone was crying.. i looked directly at my one friend.. she looked at me.. and we both just said "im sorry" and then we gave each other a hug. It was amazing and she was a sweet girl<3
If those cowards didn't kill themselves, I would have personally found and shove them into broken glass, and let them suffer. They ended the lives of too many people, with good futures and potential. This is the most sad thing I've seen in a while...
I just had a spokesperson talk at my school today. It was very life changing and very emotional. Rachel Joy Scott will always be in my heart and touching it until the day i die. I accept Rachel's Challenge and I WILL start a chain reaction!!!
@DisfunctionalReality You shouldn't be frightened... apparently the ones who were shot did things to deserve what they got. If you are kind and respectfull to everyone then kindness and respect will be reciprocated back to you. Universial truth.
@jordanrocks123ify we saw this this morning at Glenn high school in north carolina...so sad...all we have to do is be positive and loving and we will prosper...
I have a assembly this morning there was a man came to our school today and he talk about Rachael Scott this touch a lot of student at East Forsyth everyone started to cried and I did same. That reason why this story mean a lot that we need to stop all bully. If all teenage stop bully other teenage it will make the world better place.
i just came back from school and i cried when i saw the videos when i saw the shooting it touched me so much now I'm my school were staring a group and I'm in it and just seeing how people actually when through this and it has challenge me to actually name a CHAIN REACTION and make this happen (:
Those who don't like this video are bullies and have no heart. This Video is moving and it has helped Rachel reach her dream of touching millions of people's hearts and it has moved me to tears and I hope that The Scott family is doing well and remembering Rachel constantly, keeping her close to their hearts.
i cryed when i watch this video it hurt me bad. because this can happen to anybody. SO BE FRIENDLY TO EVERBODY. PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU LIKE THIS ARE NOT.
If you want it to make a difference, then take it seriously and find the people who take it seriously. Their out there, its just up to you to try and find the right people who want to make a difference and start setting an example with them. Obviously you have the strength with the words you use........................try channeling it with a positive note and create a chain reaction of your own. She did it alive and after death.
46 of you do not have a heart .

Rachel Scott was a bully. She was an immature, insecure little piece of garbage. Eric and Dylan shot her until she was dead. She was not random

p.s. its Littleton Colorado, not Columbine 7_7
YesIm10 2 months ago
Despite my past comment, this is a very inspiring video. It makes me realize the victims point of veiw, where as before I only saw the shooters. They only killed those people because they hated their social type, they hated the people for being mean to them. imo, this was everybodies fault. Its not good to call Eric and Dylan monsters and thats that, this was 100% preventable. If only poeple could come to the realization that this video takes you to...
YesIm10 2 months ago
Columbine wasnt one of the most violent massacres of history. It was the worst high school shooting to date, but if you think 12 people dying is one of the worst massacres in HISTORY... well, its normal to see that kind of logic in a common 11 year old.

Iaccept rachels challenge.iseen the assembly today at school :/

learned alot about this today in skool
kiraluvsMB 2 months ago
There was an assembly for all the freshmen at my high school. That assembly really does make you put things in perspective. Shows you see how fast things can be gone. Instantly; and how ONE person, JUST ONE PERSON, touched so many people, and always did the right thing. I literally want to be a different person after watching that.

It should of never happened. /:

For the poeple who disliked this, maybe they should've been in that Columbine Shooting, just to see how they felt. Absolutely HEARTLESS and it's DISGUSTING.
MizzGigglez2003641 2 months ago
i am also sorry to the 45 people who don't have hearts that disliked this.

KatHeika 2 months ago
@KatHeika I was at the Georgia Dome and I am most certaintainly proud to say that some of that 10 miles was my kindness

I saw the Rachel's challenge thing today at my school, my eyes where like waterfalls! Why did those two kill all of those people? Is it because they where just mean like that?
andreabailey100 2 months ago
@andreabailey100 no i watched a documentary and they were bullied from like 7thgrade to their senior year, they never had many friends they were always pushed around and that sprout a lot of anger in their hearts where they then commited the columbine high school shooting, R.I.P all who died :(

last year, i had the amazing experience of being able to see this program.

This is the most sad thing I've seen in a while...

why do people do this ?? Like, its messed up, now im frightened for my life to even go back to my school -__-
DisfunctionalReality 3 months ago
@DisfunctionalReality You shouldn't be frightened... apparently the ones who were shot did things to deserve what they got. If you are kind and respectfull to everyone then kindness and respect will be reciprocated back to you. Universial truth.

Those who don't like this video are bullies and have no heart. This Video is moving and it has helped Rachel reach her dream of touching millions of people's hearts and it has moved me to tears and I hope that The Scott family is doing well and remembering Rachel constantly, keeping her close to their hearts.
