玉子を入れて食べる場合は鍋で加熱して調理した方が良いよ

パッケージとかにもこの調理方法が書いてあるのがよくないわ

@mrhako0000 Though it is possible to contract salmonella infection from eating eggs, the chance of finding infected eggs is very low. Not to mentions that there are also cultural immunity, and resistances to disease and infection; not everyone's immune system is the same.

That isn't to say its safe, but its certainly not dangerous. There are many cultures around the world who eat partially or even completely raw eggs on a regular basis.

@Uristdorf Adding uncooked eggs to dishes isn't too uncommon in Japanese foods. Some dishes like natto and sukiyaki don't even have anything to partially cook the egg. As long as you buy good eggs and keep track of how old they are, you won't get sick. I must have eaten thousands of uncooked eggs throughout my life and I've never been sick from them.
