I was born in Hong Kong and used to live in Hong Kong. You can't blame Hong Kong for being so squished... especially Hong Kong Island since there's only 1 km of space on the northern area until you reach the mountainside. Squishing 7 million people into Hong Kong is a miracle.
I visited Hong Kong last Christmas and oh my goodness it was so packed! How do people survive? 0_o At the time i was thinking ekkkkk elephant stampede. So many people and so fast!
