I can prove it Im from River Park Towers and Dj Kojack is my brother and I was there when it all went down go on facebook and go to river park towers stand up everyone will tell you the truth ask dj spicenice
Great job. Interesting history and wonderful footage. I posted to my facebook page. What's the name of the photographer? Would love to see his photos.
I bet that if you asked Joe Conzo who he saw play at Cedar Park with his own eyes, he couldn't tell you. The people who was on the scene at the time knows for a fact Herc rarely played at Cedar Park (not a dis to Herc), I am 100% on his side against the Liars.
Joe Conzo should stop perpetrating a fraud by claiming that he documented the birth of Hip Hop. One, he was too young to have been on the West side of the Bronx photographing what became known as Hip Hop and two, he said himself that he didn't get interested in the culture until '79-'80, years after it began. He and the like are lying to the World about their origins in Hip Hop. What is disappointing is that some of the Liars are internationally known. Sadly, they will be put on Blast.
Anyone know the name of the song that starts playing at the 1:11 mark?
