  • 1:50 idk why but i thought he was going to say right up your ass :x

  • well how is the scala in the cabels like what a big difference is between 1.3b and 1.4

  • haha im getting a HDMI 1.4 24awg for less than $20 bucks

  • nice video quality

  • I need a 1600p HDMI Cable

  • @tigerdirect...is this cable especialy 15 metres 50ft as good s what ur saying it is as i have purchased this very same cable in this video but in 15m 50ft length i really hope it is as good as you are saying its is as i did purchase this cable due to ur video review ;-)

  • I wanna know will the current generation of Blu-ray players be able to do 1440p via online upgrade or will we have to buy new players all together?

  • Resolutions and framerates are getting so high now that some people can't even tell the diffrenece, more so with framerates, cause the human eye can only process things so fast. So what ever connection comes down the road is gonna have it's limits if the human eye, and mind can process it. Like some people with vision problems can process some form of 3D effects such as my self personally

  • wow u are smart

  • I have a 1.3 HDMI cable that is 1440p. I got it for 15 bucks o.O.

It looks good on my ps3

  • Is it HDMI 1.3 certified? Because this cable was certified by Silicon Image. If it isnt certified, then it doesnt mean squat.

  • I just purchased an HDMI 1.3 cable. How do I tell if it is 1.3 certified?

  • I'll have to remember this cable.

  • HDMI is digital so it will either work or it wont so it doesn't really matter what its made of or how it looks but the 1440p is excellent.

  • That is not true. You can have drop outs with a bad HDMI cable. Anything over 6-10 feet will make a difference.

  • lawl a 4 min vid about a hdmi cable...

  • I have a cheap HDMI cable that does that job for my monitor. would a high end HDMI cable make much of a difference? and i don't care about the sound just the image quality.

  • Yes. It can make a huge difference. HDMI is digital and it will work. But cheap cables take in EMI and RFI and degrade the quality of the picture.

  • Wrong. I use an HDMI cable which cost me less than one dollar and the picture quality is absolutely flawless.

Picture degredation is an imperfection of analog transmission.

  • BrianAV1611 Cheap cables are a real waste of money if it lost lest than $6.00 its total garbage and will fray and fall apart soon. and the signal will be shitty and pixilated

  • Wrong, This has been proven not to be true time and time again. As long as the cable carries the DATA there's no deterioration of the signal.

If the data isn't there you're picture, unlike analouge cables from your tv jack, will NOT pixelate or show blues or reds, but rather lag and show ghosting artefacts.

And in most products, the overwhelming majority, you'd have to go AT LEAST 5 meters to catch a few of the bad apples. Below 3 meters it's virtually impossible to find a subpar cable.

  • how do you manage to get 1440p?

  • Next Gen. and Mac resolutions...

  • donno when will come a day when in the future hdmi is wireless, but i quess that before that happens, there's already some other type of connection

  • those are rad

  • wat is it for??

  • the fags are still sleeping

  • wow first video ive seen without fags saying first

  • ya but you just said somthing about beeing 1st so i guess that counts hahahah

  • fail

  • Cool Video A++++++++++++++++++++

  • very nice...

  • Epic. :)

  • Yea. I need a good HDMI cable for my monitor.. this looks nice!. i wil buy this one. but i got 1 question: Does i get better picture quallity on my pc monitor if i use HDMI instead of DVI ?.

    Thanks

  • This is what I want to know as well.

  • hdmi and dvi, are the exactly the same image wise. but hdmi can carry audio as well.

but for pc for it to carry the audio you have to run a cable from your sound card to gpu for sound to go down.

the reason there same qualtiy is becuase the singal is made up of 1 and 0 the number either gets there or dosent.

  • DVI and HDMI are exactly the same as one another, image-quality-wise. but DVI can bump up the resolution to 2560x1900 , HDMI can have 1980x1080 except that it includes audio too.. but if u just want it for ur monitor with no speaker built in, DVI is the way i think

  • Nice stuff...

  • Nice Video

  • nice
