@heartaches2 How do you figure? Stock Mazda miatas pull around .9g on the skid pad. The New 2011 mustang gt pull .97g and the v6 pull .96g. Even the 2010 v8 stangs pulled .94g. I can see what you mean if you are talking about squeezing into smaller spaces. I am just wondering in what way the miata out performs.

Well, ok you are right, about ultimate grip yes, mustang will win (fat tires) but when it comes to handling and finess the miata is a much more nimble and stable car to drive. Both are great tho'.
