Is the effect you do while players are underwater difficult to achieve?

@DazTora It was a long time ago, and I don't remember exactly how I did it. I think I generated some noise with a PRNG in low frequencies, set the in-game audio to have a cutoff for high frequency bands, and overlayed the PRNG noise onto the in-game audio.

@TheStarkProductions The pace is a lot slower than your average frag movie, but I think it's quite relaxing, and gives your mind opportunity to think about what's happening on screen, rather than be dominated with 'noise'.
