Maybe you should actually watch the other movies(especially the original), or at least look them up. There is a reason why this is widely regarded as the worst "Chainsaw" movie. The characters are morons, the dialogue is stupid, nobody actually dies by a chainsaw (despite the title), and Leatherface looks like Mrs. Doubtfire, among other things. When that one guy was yelling and pumping his gun in the air, he looked like a flippin' Tuskin Raider from Star Wars!
