what to expect: the foil would arc which would ignite the hydrogen if there was such

it would produce a very xxxlarge pop sound (I base this off of my lab in which we ignited "test tube" made hydrogen)

but could it force the door to open is a question I wonder

Or it would blow up the microwave. The squeaky pop just shows that hydrogen is flammable, especially in a test tube.

The speed of it changing would easily increase the air pressure enough to blow the door open at least.

Plus the hydrogen is compressed in that balloon which would also increase the pressure inside the microwave.

There is no hydrogen in that balloon... A: it would of floated and B: hydrogen is very flammable, it would of blown up the microwave because not only do you have a rapid fire but the Magnetron would of made the fire 4rth phase change into super hot plasma.

If you would like to see the path the microwaves take in the oven, fill a large deep pan with cold butter or lard, and check it every couple of minutes. The microwaves will first melt tunnels where they are most concentrated.
