  • We lived in Palm Beach County. We had some downed trees and numerous branches on the ground, but that was all. 50 miles South was THIS in Kendall. Afterward, my husband went down to help with re-building & I packed relief boxes with the Red Cross. During, our baby girl kept being woken up by the rain pounding against the hurricane shutter, but we offered her comfort and she never knew how bad it could have been. We thank God; we wish everyone could have been has fortunate.
