You should still follow the safety code, as it is in general designed to prevent people doing stupid carp like this, which could hurt someone, cause a lawsuit, and get rocketry banned or heavily regulated.

@Tbolt1000TForLife you cant put anything live in a rocket, for the reason that 1: it is illegal and 2: it would die because of the emmense multiplication of earths gravity being put on it during liftoff, which is why it is illegal.
i was thinking about buying a tin of gun powder and filling one o fmy rockets with it and firecrackers and bottle rockets just to see what would happen :P
