  • cocaine is a helluva drug.

  • Read a book then read it again then highlight key point then make PDF then read the pdf

  • Rich.. you know.. i think u need use more computer for notes lol

  • Thanks for sharing the reality of being the tops in the IM/business building world. Most people have no idea what it takes to be successful. Your video provided a glimpse into your real world. I will do more.

  • Every morning I turn on... what a waste of time. Who cares, this a waste of 15 minutes of my life.

  • I don't even know where you'd ever get the idea to do something like that, but because you're a million-dollar advisor, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do! I think I'd have an epileptic attack if I tried to watch a screen like that at any speed. Amazing what the mind and body can learn to do. Still not sure how you can read and listen to music at the same time and concentrate.

  • First, awesome video. Thanks for sharing this learning process.

Second, I would love if you made a pdf summarizing this and gave it away, including the specific equiptment you use + the process steps.

My process is read an ebook on my Kindle and highlight as I go along, then export the highlights into a text document and save it as a pdf. After that I review the notes. How much was the oxygen pump machine? Do you believe in or use water Ionizers? I'd appreciate your response. Thanks, Steve.

  • this is great, thanks!...having the app highlight would make a big difference with entrainment - didn't know they even had that. i think i'll get into this in some form (once i get an iPad)

  • Excellent Rich!!! Like Ziglar used to say, "you be Hard on yourself, the World will be easier on you, If you are easier on yourself, the World will be harder on you".

You clearly Work Harder(Smarter) on Yourself and thanks for the Insights.

  • Very cool Rich! Thank you for sharing! I can see just how powerful this process can be if you commit to it and apply what you learn! Maybe that can be part of your new programs or a new "Accelerated learning" version.

  • Fascinating Rich and thanks for sharing!

  • whoah! no signs of slowing down there Rich! Great to see!

  • Here's an Idea:

To retain more info, would reading while listening to the audio book increase retention? Not exactly speed reading, but maybe good on first round reading book.

I think we'd all love to see a list of all the books you've read.

Maybe read a section at a time sped up with audio. Then go back and highlight.

  • Jonebennet - quickreader

  • Awesome Video Rich! What Speed Reading App are you using?

  • the audio level on this made me pull my hair out. plez test your mic before you do the whole quarter hour in barely audible sound

  • I can usually read a book in about an hour. Then I go back and read it again, making notes on what's important. This locks what I've learned in my brain so I can integrate it. If I try to absorb things too fast my brain shuts down and I don't retain anything. I need a mental picture of what I've learned along with the words to really make it stick.

  • i like it Rich.

I'm much more of an audial person, so I'm all about audiobooks at 2 or 3 speed..

  • this process of creating an e-version of a book sounds great.........any chance or way of sharing the books?

  • Perhaps you could work on your retention so you don't need to read a book more than once. You also might look at speed reading/retention classes so you can read faster. I have a much better appreciation for the educational opportunities given to me early in life.

  • I like to create outlines for every topic useful to me. For instance, I have an outline for general persuasion. When I read a book that covers that topic I will add any new tools I found in the book to the outline. I've found this works best for me since so many books cover the same topic and will even cover the same tools.

  • Ok that makes sense now that I see the whole process.

What I've found for me is getting the book to audio (Amazon Kindle) and then listening to it a few times. This allows it to finally sink in for me. Yes, reading a book through "normally" does nothing for me.
