The revolution of the little things is traversal to people reality, like age or level of wealthy. Do happiness comes from money? From hazing hours of drinking times and parties? No, they come from executing and following ideas that left mark in some people heart and mind.
@DavidL999 I agreet, that IS a fantastic film. Goodbye Lenin isnt bad either. (German). Watched a beautiful Georgian film called Since Otar left (depuis qu'otar est parti) and what about French film: Code unknown by Michael Haneke!!!!!
@antigua701 Ya, Goodbye Lenin is excellent too. Must check out those other films you mentioned. I've seen Caché and Funny Games (the original) by Haneke. May I suggest a couple of films to you too? Have you seen "Central Station" (Brazilian) or Katalin Varga (Hungarian/Romanian)? I find if I ever watch a film these days is a foreign language one, rarely ever get let down either. I thinkn Hollywood lost it's way a long time ago!
@DavidL999 Great you like M Haneke!! You wont believe it, but I actually bought Central station yesterday!!!!! I did see Katalin Varga but wasnt blown away by it. To be honest, I cant really watch most films from the usa, except the old Woody Allan films (play it again sam, manhattan, etc) Give me a french or scandinavian film any day. Love European films, they cant be realistic enough! MATAHARIS (spain) WALTZ WITH BASHIR (Israel) LA HAINE (fr), Paris (fr) 5x2 (fr) MID AUGUST LUNCH (it) enjoy!
@antigua701 Central Station is one of my faves! Thanks for your suggestions. I've seen La Haine, and Waltz.. but not the others. I'll be sure to check them out. Another Interesting movie that I'd recommend is Prisoner of The Mountains. It's a Russian film set in the Caucuses. Not many films are made about that conflict so it's interesting to get an insight.
@DavidL999 Together (sweden), Bennies video (M. Hanneke) The seventh continent (M. Hanneke) L'ultimo Bacio (2001-Italy) (hollywood tried to copy this film and it was total rubbish) Sous le sable (france: with the amazing actress Charlotte Rampling) Johnny Steccino (Italy.. very funny film if you like Roberto Bernini)
@antigua701 Thanks for those suggestions. Just watched "Since Otar Left", beautiful film. Watched a couple more foreign films recently too that I thought were really good; Vozvrashchenie (The Return] -Russian Film and Auf Der Anderen Seite from Germany. Definitely worth a watch if you get a chance!

We're watching this in my German class and our version has much better English subtitles than this. I'm glad too because I understand it much better than this trailer.

The ideals (and the "arguments" used to back them) are quite skewed, and Jule comes off as a real brat, but at least it makes for good drama.
It's wrong to demonize people just for being wealthy, though. That got really irritating. Did Barack Obama direct this?
