thats awesome! i wish i could ride everyday. ive been trying to get my parents to get or consider getting me a horse, but we just cant afford it, youknow? so i take lessons and go over to the barn whenever i can, but with trails litterely in my back yard, i just want my own horse to ride and do whatever with, youknow? lol

i know what you mean! i feel the same way! i help teaching little kids every saturday, and train 4-5 times a week. but i train so much with the horses at my ridingschool, so i don't have time to have my own horse, and that really makes me cry :'(! but 3 off the horses at my ridingschool knows my voice. one of them almost follows me everywere, and wont go without me :b. i know the bond you can have, and its just so amazing to have!

AMEN TO EVERYTTHING YOUR SAYING! my friedn doesnt even brush her pony because shes os eager to ride and I tell her to but she says "she not dirty" bt theres more to brushing a horse than getting dirt off, it gives you time to connnect with you horse. I totally get everything your saying and couldnt agree more, your awesome!

I normally brush longer than I ride... so many people are like why do you brush so long? Or why does it take so long for you to tack up? I'm like because that's some quality time to spend with your horse. =) time to do something they enjoy and get ready for a ride.
