To be fair, he DID go apologize to Dragomir the next day. He's just a highly emotional guy who happens to run horribly when playing televised poker. :)
i have been watching so many poker hands on youtube, and the funniest thing is no matter how bracelets Hellmuth has, almost all his youtube videos are of him losing and losing it. Classless dog turd
I truly believe the "philharmonics" are a partial act. Sure he vents the frustration of being beat but he is way to good of a player to not understand that it's actually a good thing that people call him with q-10 or 10-4 off. I mean let's take the hand with Dragomir: he gets a lot of money in preflop with A-K vs 10-4 in position. Sure, Dragomir sucks out and catches a 10 on the flop but that's just variance and he folds correctly reading Dragomir's stregth. I think it's an act, he likes the cal
ok he IS a great player. i like these "explosions" of course.. BUT EVERYTIME he explodes he talks to his wife ! "honey, baby he ... etc" in that HE IS SUCH A BABY..
phil is a cry baby who thinks he should win nomater what or who is playing him what a dork wineing like a little girl all day .id kick his pansy ass if i was there
When Phil says "To you it's poker man, to me this is my life" is a great statement man. There are so many fish and donks that play in that main event, and that's why a lot of pros never make it deep in the tourney anymore.
I don't know if we'll ever see a poker pro win the big one again.
Phil is completely correct!! You dont blow off 175k on 10/4 (even if it's suited). He has position and had he not hit his 10 he probably would have gone broke!! A complete idiot!!
@GialloHorror wth are you talking about? people play crap hands in position all the time....Doyle Brunson's favorite hand is 10-2....phil usually puts his money in when he THINKS he has the best....then he complains when someone turns over two pair to his Aces....he got out played...simple. ...i hate how everything thinks that just because they had the best hand pre flop they should win 100% of the time.
@kemoblue4u No. Doyle Brunson barekly ever plays 10-2, anymore because he says he LOST so much money playing that hand.
Phil was best before the flop, and he usually is. Like Hellmuth or not Dude has won 11 bracelets and is one of the most SUCCESSFUL poker players in history.
Also, I don't see how when Hellmuth hits a set and that same card gives the other guy the nuts how he got outplayed. That was bad luck for Phil. The fact that he didn't go broke in that hand shows how great he is
@thebreeze12 But nobody can call anybody by te table idiot, If Phil would say me that, I will punch him his mouth, as time to time someone do :D He should really going to therapy.
NO PHIL = NO ENTERTAINMENT ... !!

@thebreeze12 I agree man. People give Hellmuth a lot of shit but most of the time he's right when he puts his money in.
The thing is because Phil, is who he is, so many people want to play a shitty hand just to beat him and get a reaction from him.
But yeah, I'd be pissed to if some asshole calls a preflop raise 10/4 and ouflopped my AK.
"I think he's from Florida or someplace stupid" LMFAO! Norman Chad rules!
