The teacher in this footage had his case dismissed July 18 because the arrest was, in fact, illegal.

The judge ruled that the traffic regulation under which the teacher and 9 others were arrested had nothing to do with the situation or what the protesters were doing. It was all about stifling constitutional rights and perpetuating terror.

the police made up an order which has no constitutional basis. because the police made up an order is not reason for people to follow it.

the nuremberg trials found that nazis following orders is not an excuse for war crimes. the police may not be committing war crimes (in this case), but the logic is the same. following orders is not an excuse for committing immoral acts.

There are many instances of countries using the terms Communism or Socialism to forward their other agendas. Communism appeals to working class folks because it takes care of them, so it sometimes works as front ideology for those who wish to take totalitarian control. Stalin was not a Communist.

actually they were in a protest area, and it was blocked off. People have the right to peaceful assembly. Protests dont get stopped because there is a no loitering sign, or because they are standing in a designated protest area. This is how protests work, you arrange a time and a place, the police meet you there and all is good until someone abuses power. Its not like they found a random spot and blocked traffic.
