yeah just restore it again with apples firmware (dont hold shift and click restore just click restore and it wil use there firmware) then your ipod shouldent be jailbroken dont know for shure though but it should work

open iTunes and connect your iPhone, then hold the power bottom and the home bottom at the same time until you see that you get the iTunes logo and a USB cable in your Iphone's screen. you whould go into recovery mode like that
