ohmigawd my favorite scene was the last one where joe kicked bonnie in the face. oh you should've extended the train scene when lupin is talking to the kids about how he's not dangerous or homeless, anymore. and you should've finished harry's scene when he's mad...cuz my favorite is when he's like I'M IN A RAGE. THIS IS THE MADDEST I'VE EVER BEEN. i love the way he says that...oh and also (sorry i have a lot of fav scenes) the scene where snape's yelling about sirus then stops to say check mate.
