1400 years ago when the microscope was NOT invented yet, how did Quran speak about the semen, egg, sperm, and the process of how the kid is created inside the mother's womb?

Well Fairuz is an Assyrian from the Syriac Orthodox Church and speaks Lebanese which is more or less a mix of Aramaic and Arabic. And yeah, Lebanese is different from Egyptian Arabic but with some months of studying Egyptian being fluent in Lebanese you will comprehend it.
