I Dropped this title & the the name Porton Down into the Wikipedia search bar.(4fun:)

They had nothing on the Valetta Aircraft Simulant Spraying, and absolutely no mention of the 1958 Simulant Spraying on the Porton Down page.(feb26th2011)

I have seen this clip many times before, you would think Wikipedia would have mentioned this WELL documented event?(or a link to the video)?

I remember seeing a Google video that mentioned some of these types of activities. It mentioned that the super powers at the time agreed to ban the use of biological weapons, but ONLY because of test like these had determined delivery systems were unreliable.
