  • Ken Block is a wannabe

  • FUCK KEN BLOCK!

    he's a pussy!!

  • Ken Block is better than that

  • ah i need help. my rear wheels just won't lock. Do i need to go faster or what? i tried at around 30 miles an hour. Yeah its a bit slow but if i can't get the rear wheels to lock in a straight line, i won't do it comfortably with a sharper turn. Do i need to shift the weight forward or what? lol

  • i make the car drift with no e-break by applying power.

    at least in Gran Turismo

  • I did this with a foot e-brake.

  • @KanapkaDrobakha HAHA !!! i did it on a chrysler

  • so what are the steps while approaching the curve you pull the e break then turn , or turn then ebreat, or e break and turn on the same time? thanks?

  • @darthshadowxxx The easiest way that i found was to first steer a little bit out of the turn, then you turn into the turn when you feel that the wieght has shifted you pull the e-brake hard, let go of the ebrake then power out.

  • @Craxler cool thanks :)

  • Keichi Tsuchiya is the best!

  • i love this guy lol

  • He started to pull the brake too early

  • @kerkerh22 and why is he the drift king?

  • i feel like im watching a learn it your self, martial arts tape.

  • idiot cant dirft to save his life

  • @kerkerh22 stop trolling faggot

  • I think he clutch kicked during the corner?

  • 1:30 sounds like an elephant!

  • doesnt using your emergency brake while giving it gas destroy it

  • I learned how to drift in my moms mini van drunk with a v6 engine driving down the farm roads here on Texas there curved perfect for drifting its a matter of doing it a thousand times.. practice makes perfect

  • If ya gotta ask, then you shouldn't be drifting

  • i drifted driving a school bus filled with kids b4

  • this guy did all the drift stunts in tokyo drift!!!

  • @Brijapastralia Not all, but he did a lot of choreographing and directing the stunts.

  • @Brijapastralia no shit sherlock

  • @Brijapastralia No he didn't, he was the stunt double for the main character.

  • @Brijapastralia yeah he also plays the fisherman

  • @grocer3

    Yeah,

    "so they call that drift?"

  • @Brijapastralia yeah he did bro, he was in the movie too, the fisherman that said "not bad"

hes the real drift king of the world

  • So you're supposed to downshift, correct? Because it doesn't look like he downshifts in the sequence explanation, nor does he say so.

  • I'm practicing on the magnificent GT5!

  • Tsuchiya is beast.... Real life Drift king....

  • Can you drift with a 1995 ford mustang

  • why do you need to step on clutch before pulling the ebrake ???

  • @pinoymasterg If you leave the car in gear, the engine RPMs will drop to match the speed of the wheels, which, if not spinning, will bog down the engine. Pressing the clutch pedal basically disconnects the engine from the wheels and allows the engine to continue spinning while the wheels aren't spinning. If you want to know more about why this happens, PM me, as it's too hard to fit both explanations into the 500 character limit.

  • but does anyone know how to drift an all-wheel drive???

  • what car can be use for drif??? non-4wd can drift or not???

  • @maccannon u can ebrake in any manual car. rear wheel drive is best

  • @LibertyThePK u can ebrake in an automatic too...

  • @SML693 really? idk i dont drive automatic and i dont try to drift them l0l

  • @LibertyThePK I dont drive auto anymore either, but I did at one point and it was easy to drift if i felt like fucking around. still u dont have to drive an auto to realize u can drift in them too l0l

  • Novice = Automated Transmission with no Abs car and power slides

Drifter = Manual Transmission with Abs car and drifts or power slides Professional = Anything but powerslide

  • its 2011.. i'm still watching it

  • the english voice over guy sounds like he's doing an anime monologue. "right there!"

  • put skateboard decks under rear wheels, pull e brake, floor. done

  • iv got an automatic so no clutch ?

  • damn he looks so young here lol

  • COOL!!!!!!

  • I know there are different factors but im just curious on how fast the tire wears in an amount of time when drifting. Like say in a day with new tires and you drifted around for near half the day... how much wear would be on the tires, would they still be usable? Im gunna be buying tires from a scrapyard but id apprietiate some positive backfeed thanks.

  • i dont think a white man can drift better than the drift king himself..........

  • drive american and learn from the japs, works for me

  • 0:32 what? o.O

  • weeeeee!!!

  • we all should bow to Keiichi Tsuchiya...

  • None of your guys are gonna learn unless you stop watching with your computer screens and get out there! Visit your Local Drift Session...get tips from other drivers. That's the best way to learn.

  • @ChuukeseStink where would a local drift session be? My bros dad does small oval racing in the dirt where they do like a MINI-drift around each corner but nuthin on Tarmac or asphalt drifting.... I live in Chicago area if u know of any?

  • @illlanoize23 Sorry Man, I don't know. Check some Drift Forums!

  • when he says toe he means hit the clutch? correct me if I'm wrong...

    So basically it goes:

    1)Gas

    2)Break

    3)Clutch

    4)Ebreak

    5)Gas and Counter stear

    ?

  • @mrzipdisk oh lol i should have kept watching.

  • @mrzipdisk Simply put.....your using the e-brake to kick out the rear end. Clutch in...PULL E-Brake then Clutch out. Use the gas pedal to keep the rear spinning.

When he says toe, he means heel toe, which is a racing technique....Clutch in with your left foot, pushing the brake and gas at the same time with your right. Well, I know this cause I've tried it. And its a technique you need to know with Drifting. Check out my Drift Vids!!

  • @mrzipdisk no dude it goes like this:

    1)Gas

    2)Gas

    3)Gas

    4)Gas

5)Slightly push the Brake and let go then clutch, pull the ebrake a bit then slam the gas back to normal speed while doing counter steer, then straighten the car

    You're set.

  • @mrzipdisk 1)Gas

    2)Break

    3)Clutch

    4)Ebreak

    5)Gas and Counter stear

    ?

    7) PROFIT!

  • @mrzipdisk from the looks of it, when he says "toe" hes heel toeing to downshift. After the downshift he pulls the e brake while pushing the clutch. He then releases both the clutch and the brake and applies power and counter steer

  • @mrzipdisk clutch in and e-brake at the same time. Once you're tail comes out and you feel like the cars gona spin out let the e-brake go then give it the nesassary amount of power to keep the car from straightening up but at the same time stop it from spinning out

  • @mrzipdisk when he say toe, means to do a downshift when u r breaking with the technique "heel and toe"

  • @mrzipdisk Profit!

  • @mrzipdisk He means heal toe braking man. Watch his feet when he says this

  • Chuck Norris drifts the Earth around the sun

  • @testbooster shut you're dumb ass up.

  • @youngsoldier93 easy to talk tough over the internet isn't it coward

  • damn. my dad allway does this when he driver in our yard.

  • damn , drifting is really an art !

  • Why is he heel toe tapping the gas? im sory i have no idea how this works :P

  • isnt that guy from tokyo drift that say not bad??

  • @spidersarecool9 yes he was the guy fishing in Tokyo drift hes the drift king the one that invented drifting and the guy next to hem in the movie was the guy who made Initial d.......

  • dude theres a reason i posted my original comment. it wasnt so you would retaliate, it was so you would just hurry up and get the fuck off this video. literally i posted that comment about 2 months ago. I barely rememberd it till i saw that your dumb ass kept responding. i call him DK because its short for "Drift King". Its not some nickname. if i met him in reall life i would call him his real name not DK. And i sleep well at night knowing that im actuallly not an emo, where as you are.

  • 英語がじゃま。

  • this video show me how to drift !!! long time a go

  • how wud u drift on an auto?

  • What car is that

  • @Ryanr75rc 240sx (s14)

  • well the thing wiht this method ( i actualy drift) is if you dont get a good feel of how sideways the actualy is when you have already pulled the e-brake beacase you have to let go of the wheel to initiate the slide ( it can casue you to spin out easy).... its better if you do a power drift of flick then use e brake to get a bigger angle or sustain a drift ;) but ya eebrake in parking lots is GREAT FUN ;D

  • and they say Asians cant Drive! =]]

  • @P1n0iGam3rS not straight at least =P

  • does your car have to be stick shift to drift or can I drift with automatic?

  • @swat305GINO i'm pretty sure you'd have more trouble drifting with an auto!

  • @swat305GINO Drifting an Automatic is possible but A LOT harder than drifting with a manual. Drifting with a manual gives the driver more control.

  • I Love Drifting!!!! It's why good cars can't get bought in the US cause of all the safety and I think that sums it up. DRIFT or DIE....

  • tow im guessing is down shift?

  • what's that mean, he said Brake, TOw than E-break..or tow idk but what did he mean

  • Im glad I just got this video, now I got some dope tips and tricks to use on the track..

  • my brother tried this today in walmart parking lot, it broke the cable haha

  • 31 people put there car through the front of Wal-Mart.

  • 31 people sucked at drifting

  • The E-Brake is a way to increase the Angle of the drift or a initiator of a drift and during a drift its now the throttle's job to keep the angle or adjust it. Too much throttle spins the car out and to little exits the drift. What Keichi just said about dumping the clutch during using the E-brake is to prevent damaging the gearbox and usually the Heel and Toe technique downshift starts to take place.

  • @dacarfreak2000 ehh do yu drift? too much throtttle doesnt spin out the car if you conrol it... yea it can casue you to go a bit further out the track the you want to go but lots of throttle is usually good for long and smooth drifts :p but yea ur otally rite about the damage part

  • @kubahobo I depends on the Diff your using to drift but when I tried this technique in my friend's 240SX with adjustable Diff and I when I jam the power down to fast it began to spin but if I just feather the throttle I got full control of the car while drifting but Just depending on the Diff. Keichi has a Limited Slip Diff in his silvia so he is able to power out while drifting.

  • Really good tutorial. My only complaint is that they should have muted the driver's voice when the english narrator was speaking or remove the english and put subtitles as it is a bit difficult to listen.

  • fkin manual is so complicated!

  • @somebrownguy07 You must master manual before you can drive an automatic trans car.

  • @dacarfreak2000

Whatever your smoking,.....give it up! IT's easier for someone to learn to drive an auto trans than a manual change. Why make the job more difficult?

  • @arriviste2020 You must get used to manual because it is more faster and efficient. If you drive automatic without learning manual means you are to inexperienced to drive.

  • @arriviste2020 no one slides in a auto...

  • @RXHardstyle

Actually, your incorrect. You would seem ignorant in regard to Wilson Pre-Select auto boxes. Diesel-Electric auto drive trucks can also be persuaded to drift around corners, do "J" turns, "hand Brake" turns, "doughnuts', 180 degree turns, and a host of other items. 18 Wheelers doing "hand brake" turns with a trailer. Wilson P/S boxes were banned from racing, as they gave an unfair advantage. People were doing all kinds of crap with vehicles long before it became "popular".:;))

  • Lol the narrator sounds hilarious.

  • 31 people don't like drifting.

  • The Drift king

  • cars2cars and 0hmyfuckinggod, how about you settle this somewhere else, this has been going on for months its kind of ridiculous. Do you come to the video to watch the DK or do you come to the video, pause it, then see if either of you has posted a response so you can troll on it? comon guys, youtube is for the videos. if it was for assholes like you it would be called "trolltube"

  • @emobarney thats a real site, but for porn.....

  • @emobarney Or 4chan...tube.

  • @emobarney Just the fact that you call Tsuchiya the, "DK" is really lame. People just like him because of gay movies like "Tokyo Drift". I bet you don't like this argument because you seriously consider arabs are better drifters than Japanese??? What a joke you are.

  • @emobarney If you REally respect Tsuchiya you wouldn't be giving him gay hollywood-made names like "DK" lol.

  • @emobarney ......or Youass, maybe Asstube, no wait i got YouHole!!!

  • Comment removed

  • "Release the e-brake, and go into counter steer mode...then wait......WAIT......until you KNOW that the car is facing the corner exit direction.....OR YOUR CAR WILLL FUCKING EXPLODE AND KILL EVERYONE WITHIN 100 MILES!!!!!!!!!!

God that english translator is fucking annoying!!!

Someone must have told him that there is an Oscar category for the most over dramatic english translation for an instructional video!

  • wanna drive a car with so much power it can drift with no brake just giving it gas????

check out this site mach5cars (dot) com

  • @0hmyfuckinggod Terrorist-like driving antics? I don't think terrorists can drive so much as get in a van, crash, blow up.

  • epic lewls why are people such girls on here. grow up

  • cool, a front brake light

  • I've lived in Lebanon for three years and it was fuckin awesome, best social years of my life. at least in most arab countries you can pull a drift without having to worry about cops coming out of nowhere and fucking up ur day

  • Like this new JDM page on Facebook search: JDM-Drift-Race

  • whi did he step on the cluth ?

  • @jackazz911, Stepping on the cluth takes the power off the wheels, so he is basicly sliding a car in neutral, but at the same time he also down shifts so he can power over to have constant power through the bend =) Hope that helps.

  • woohoo the drift king

  • Fuck arabs

  • @0hmyfuckinggod Fuck Russia

  • Look its how we have fun with FWD.

  • Fuck arabs

  • For the last time. WE KNOW WHAT WE DO IS NOT DRIFTING! We know how to drift. Its hard to find those videos because its all in Arabic. I still don't understand why yall keep saying no car control?!?!?!? Driving a FWD around 125mph in a straight line is not drifting (yes). But we lose control ( on berpuse ) and maintane control of the vehicle holding it, in a skid. Yes its NOT drifting. YES its car control!

  • @cars2cars "Lose control of car on purpose"? So you admit that you have to lose control of your car. Japanese drifters never lose control of the car. When they skid, it's all calculated when they turn the handle, it's not random. When they step on the gas & do a burnout while skidding sideways, it's not losing control, it's called drift... something you arabs will never be able to do properly. Get off this vid & fuck off before I saw off your dad's head like those arabs did & fuck his brains out

  • @0hmyfuckinggod Yes, lose control on purpose. Then maintain control while its in a skid, until the car comes to a complete stop. Second, your little jokes about killing my parents and shit, I really don't care. The only videos that you seen is when they crash. Its obvious you haven't seen Japanese mess up.

  • @cars2cars

    Arabs are terrorists.

Fuck off you brown racist cunt.

Asian, White and even Black people hate you. So your opinion is invalid.

    Arab prick.

  • @eaglewings8 Lol I am black. FAIL. NIGGA! Don't believe?

  • Nice ! But I guess this car is a Rear-wheel-drive (or Four-wheel), so it would be interesting to see the technic as well explained for a Front-wheel layout...

  • wish the midnight club was still around

    japanese hashiriya for life

  • what bumper does that s14 have? does anyone know? i searched for it but didnt see it

  • it will not ruin the car. right?

  • <
