Because you cant do Horror Punk in German doesn't sound right, the doo wop vocal rise and fall sounds like crap in any other language but English. And if I were a musician I'd do my work in English to sell it to the biggest consumer group.

If you're a native English speaking person, then I think that it is pretty easy to sing punk, zombiecore, hardcore, thrash, death metal, etc etc in English. I think it'd be more difficult to sing punk or zombiecore if English is your secondary language - and I have to give The CG's a lot of credit for that. Like I said in my original comment, I was just curious why they chose English over German. I think that dethonloverslane hit the nail on the head.

Its a "normal" german disease that everone means english is cool, but its not more then a light version of old german (saxony) slang, grouped with norwegian language (old german too) and some french parts. (celtic, but old german)(Franken = germans).

So, its more a retrograde step to sing in english, but thats just my opinion :d
