I need help with two things, any hints?

1.) CUT - Being able to cut quickly 0:56 (The Cooking Mama friends are at my level except one, I forgot who it was but that friend is really fast...)

and

2.) WASH! - Being able to tilt it over without spilling my rice. It's kinda annoying when everytime I do it I get a "Good not mine" -.-... when my little sis gets a "Wandaful! Bedda than Mama!"
