XBOX is a good console but MGS4 is strictly PS3 on XBOX you may need several disks to play it because it's so big, similar to the PS1 so unfortunately for XBOX fan's you cant get this epic game but you can get HD collection which is just as good :D

A ps3 disc is 70.4 gbs. a 360 hddvd is 7.4 gbs. how the hell are you going to fit all that ontent on the dvd? you would need to devide the discs. so you would need roughly 10 discs to load the game. dual layered you would still need about 6. not a fan boy just stating actual numbers.

I have both consoles so i dont have any gain to start a console war.. All i want to say is when ps fanboys laugh about MGS needing 5 discs on xbox they should also realise that changing disc every chapter would take less time than to install the chapter on the HDD.. And no xbox wouldnt need to install it cause the dvd optical drive is faster than the blue ray.. A food for thought before you guys say something stupid.. That being said MGS 4 will never be on xbox

just for you know the Xbox cpu is based on the same project of the Cell... and still it sucks slow and bugged like all the stuff from Microsoft...the PS3 have better CPU and better RAM... it have a GPU(nvidia) that works on OpGl that's why many devs do not manage to have decent graphics...it's the devs fault BTW... and Xbox is made in shit because Billy wants to save money...

as for the Dev's fault thing well ur pretty right there as well.
The data routing thing has nothing to do with the hard disc... well not in the direct sense..
All the data routing is, is a digital feature that allows it to transfer the data between all of the parts in about half the time of most device's (excluding some devices such as the ps3) without any clogging or data damage (Ps3 doesn't have Clean routing)

@1r0zz The new xbox 360 S uses alot of different machinery, nowadays the 360 (S) can keep up with the ps3 (FINNAALLLLYYY!!!!) but only barely.... sadly the new 360 specs won't be utilized (Just like the ps3 specs)because the devs have to make sure the older 360's can run it... so ya, all yall have on us is blue ray (Wich is a big one...) Either way this gen of gaming has the potential to kick ass but the old 360's are kinda preventing the maximum amount of progress..

also on PS3 we have uncharted :D and GoW (the other, not the xbox GoW..that is good) but for the rest personally I prefer the PC...

A ps3 disc is 70.4 gbs. a 360 hddvd is 7.4 gbs. how the hell are you going to fit all that ontent on the dvd? you would need to devide the discs. so you would need roughly 10 discs to load the game. dual layered you would still need about 6. not a fan boy just stating actual numbers.

@smoo87 yeah I was not talking about the size of the game. And yes you would need alot of buffer, more than 25 gb buddy. But regardless those are the capacities of each format. Plus I think we can both agree, MGS4 would never work on 360.

But i dont see why it would not work on the 360, yeah they would maybe need to lower the graphics to make it run smooth or make it bigger, and that would mean more dvd's. around 3 or 4 dvd's i think the game would need at least. hehe 360 is stoneage ^^
