  • dont listen to the haters sir!

thats a solid pull! Sure its a high rack pull (and i love high rack pulls) but lets see anyone whos talking shit pull more from the same height..................it wont happen.

    keep at it !

  • hey pussy you gota deadlift from the ground..

  • It's called a partial rack deadlift, dumbfuck. Look it up rookie. note how it says "partial" in the title. From the ground is Romanian deadlifts.

  • lol you got a point but either way that shit is still heavy...doing like 350 lbs more than me

  • What do you pull from the floor on a real bar?

  • you can find me on here by searching tjwingchun

  • I remember when you could hardly stand still in your stance for a few minutes without your legs shaking without any weights lmfao.

  • if your going to do partials you have to atleast lift it up a total of 4 inches

  • Don't know where you put your glasses mate but that bar is moving an absolute minimum of 6"! it is also bending with the weight so my arms are probably moving 7" or 8"!

Look at the holes in my rack - they are 3" centres - the top of the plates move at least 2 holes - work it out.

  • Good job dude!

  • That's one hell of a grip. Nice pull.

  • vn pull brah. that was heavy!

  • Whats wrong with partials I do them in training. Increases ur lockout strength, certainly adds to my lifts.

  • arn't these more like rack pulls lol.

  • Thats good...Now try it from the ground you cheater..

  • ever heard of rack pulls....

  • Every form of deadlift has it's advantages. Good Work!

  • I done 25 reps on the trap bar with 400lbs(185kgs actually) -"raw" before I went near any partials buddy!

I also did 20 reps with 350lbs on the squat - "raw" 10 years ago!

  • i take back the comment i made 3 months ago on the partials i recently started doing them and tell you the truth they work really good

i use them at the gym i go to i cant believe they help so much ... 5 stars

  • hey "buddy" haven't heard from you for a while - you went all quiet! - how many reps you up to with 400lbs? - RAW!! 1 or 2?

  • well i finally maxed out yesterday at 410.

not bad for a guy that only weighs 170 :)

so how much can you deadlift

  • 501 Straight bar deadlift at 148 @ 16 yrs old no straps....so dob & bigdaddy plz stfu

  • i do more thats good if you deadlift that much

the regular plates i put up 460 now

  • i highly doubt that lets see a video

  • EAT SOMETHING you skinny bastard

  • @BIGDADDYJOHNSON27 i deadlift over 400 raw and im 15, they help

  • @sweetcheaks2 i know they help i was an asshole back then when i commented plus hardly knew shit about lifting, lockouts are awesome when it comes to increasing strength on deadlifts , plus deficits are great too :)

  • damn! that's a lot of weight! all those fuckers out there that don't know the benefits of partials should do a little reading once in a while!

  • ...wow

  • since last week ive increased to 500 twice

  • nice job,

i havent been weight lifting much since im 15 but i do dead lift 365 three time and 405 once and was wondering why you have the bar elevated and is that a weight used for powercleans in the middle of all the weights?

  • Well done dude, show the Yanks how its done!

  • I'm not a powerlifter, and there's no fucking way I could even unrack that much. But this is an honest question: Why do powerlifters use such a short ROM?

  • Powerlifters are in the sport to move weight. They want as small a ROM as possible, but that is besides the point.

They work on parts of their ROM just like a baseball player would work on his batting footwork.

Combining all the parts to a whole.

  • he deadlifts 880 and looks like shit

  • what's your problem boy?

Can't see any videos of you!

  • What is a good trap bar to buy? Where did you buy that one? I'm looking for a good trap bar at a good price!

  • I actually made this one myself.

I would get in touch with some sort of fabrication workshop and get one made to your own spec.

  • Nice. Kick ass work brother!

  • calm down bitch

  • if that's a trap bar then it's a double hammer grip.you should be able to do even more with a barbell because of the under and overhand grip combo enabling a more locking effect on the bar.definately try with an olympic barbell.you might do 1,000 that way!!

  • See, the mixed grip effect of holding a barbell makes it easier because it negates the bar from rotationg and spinning out of your hands. A trap bar typically does not have handles that rotate, so that is not going to make a difference. Try a trap bar sometime - a totally different feel from a barbell DL in both grip and how the pull goes.

  • Not in this physical universe: The trap bar allows you to use your legs more, and puts shifts the center of gravity closer to the center of your body. Nobody does more on a barbell than with a trap bar.

  • I agree wholeheartedly!
