Unfortunately, I did not get to see SRV...he's my guitar hero but was too young to know who he was...the shirt is Authentic. It was bought during that tour and was given to me 10 years ago by a friends mom who saw how much I love Stevie. It's about as close as I'll ever get to having been at an SRV concert. :-(

Thanks! I love Telecasters. Having the bridge fixed to the body allows for bigger gauge strings and monster sustain.

The amp is the one right behind me. It's a decent practice amp called Drive. I adjusted the settings to it for this song, which are on this comment thread on page 2!

Maraming salamat!:) To be honest, I don't know for sure exactly...but if I had to guess, I would say Myxolydian. Just because the first riff is built from the major pentatonic up until I hit the C# on the 14th fret on the 2nd string...where I think it goes Myxolydian...

Thanks! It is in DGCFAD and the as far as the sound, it's guitar into amp. The amp is a DRIVE practice amp, fairly decent. :-)

Although, I did adjust my settings as follows. Gain - 8, Treble - 6, Mid - 5, and Bass - 7.

Just a suggestion, moving your thumb while holding the pick can really fuck you over in the future, try playing with your thumb stationary, pick all with the wrist pretty much other than that pretty good.
