To take the discussion further, would you not agree Japan did exactely what China are doing when it was a world power ?They also built a mighty naval force when they were a world power. i know a little of the russiojapan wars over some desputed island which the Japanese were victorious, am i right? i believe many men were killed mainly russians.those Islands still in dispute today?
