I have the same harman kardon 5.1 system. the sound and bass quality is too amazing 4 words ! thats's all i can say. oh and the surround speakers are mind blowing good !!!
I guess you have connected the speakers with the reciever using fiber optics? Also do you think the Harman Kardon are better comparing Z-5500 from Logitech?

@djkid9 , the matter is the bass man is not so everywhere you do not know where he comes from. in the car is the subwoofer in the trunk, too.
We have our subwoofer can easily be placed next to our closet because it is least visible there.
