  • "each set has thirrrty reps" reps = repetitions, how many times you repeat the movement/exercise.

  • A rep is one action. For example one skip would be one rep.

    A set is made up of reps. In this video she is doing 30 reps in each set for skipping. Then she is marking the chart once for each set she does.

  • wow your amazing...but i don't understand one thing. you did more core reps while you were more tired then when you were less tired...shouldn't it be the other way around?

    I did 42 reps of 30 skips and 87 crunches total. :)

  • You should lift heavy weights while losing fat in order to minimize muscle loss.

  • you will burn more calories with an intense workout like this one but it may be more difficult for you. Lifting weights burns more calories after you have finished exercising plus you will be able to lift more because you are bigger.  If you lift weights and then walk or speed walk after your weight lifting workut for your cardio portion then you will lose weight fast. Don't forget that diet is just as important, if not more. Portion control is key and have a vegetable every time you eat.

  • wow, you are one of (if not THE) most fit women i've ever seen in my entire life!! i found your videos like a week ago and i can't wait to incorporate them into my work out routines :) i've just recently become interested in getting fit and i find your videos helpful, motivational; and refreshing, because as someone commented below me, most exercise videos are rather superficial with the instructors seeming to put in little to no real effort :S good to find someone who actually breaks a sweat :)

  • this is great I like skipping rope but it's hard doing it when you live on the second floor.but I could do it outside, thanks for the great workout
