  • Thank you! Im a zoology student so this really helps a lot with the mammalian heart system.

  • The pulmonary trunk isn't called an "Artery" just because it moves blood away from the heart. It actually IS an artery, and the pulmonary vein IS a vein. What if the pulmonary trunk were a vein? Given the pressure of the right ventricle, blood would never ever be able to leave the lung and return to the left heart. Nature has switched these two vessles, which is the only reason we are alive. I came across it the other day, and I just thought i'd share.

  • @hotsexybrownguy

  • @texsmart1 thank you so much! i really needed that comment cuz right now literally everyone in my life is against the idea of learning stuff that i dont study in school, and you're right about god i mean he definitely created everything like this for us to learn and discover not to call each other weird for learning if you know what i mean :)

  • @FatmaReda - gosh if you were out doing drugs, having sex, and other stupid stuff I can see why people would be against that but you are LEARNING and growing and reading what interests you. Keep it up. Gosh I wish you were my kid.

  • @texsmart1 LOL thank you :) i actually kind of got used to it, i mean i can paint and i can tell that it's what i do best and my parents think it's a waste of time, seriously! about you're kids, just let them do what they wanna as long as it's not something bad :)

  • Very nice video for A&P beginners! I am taking the prerequisites for a nursing program and this is very helpful!

  • Not a bad video, it's a good basic introduction to the heart for 1st year uni level, or for in depth study at a year 12 of high school level.

  • This is a good teaching video, if you need to learn the basic parts of the heart. I think I going to get an A on my A&P qiuz because of this video because the pictures in my book are not a helpful tool.
