Not ready for Pac yet. Where's the defense!? He doesn't have the technical ability yet to contend with the top welterweights. Maybe a change up of trainers is a step in the right direction? Not ready for Pac yet. Where's the defense!? He doesn't have the technical ability yet to contend with the top welterweights. Maybe a change up of trainers is a step in the right direction? He needs a better trainer to improve his technicality in the ring. He's too exposed defensively. His hands just hang around at times. And when he does bring his hands up, he misses an opportunity for an attack when his opponent is exposed. He definitely needs better guidance. I hope him good luck styll :)

Berto goes against Urango at the end of next month, I guess. Then, Clottey/Cotto the month after that and we may be whittled down to three WW champs. EVERY fighter gets bruised in their fights.. they just dont show up until after the fight... if u look at Margarito the day after the fight, both sides of his face were swollen, black and blue... and Margarito was definitely not the 1st big puncher he faced... Shane Mosley landed big shots against him, Ricardo Torres landed big shots against him.. Zab Judah landed his money punch TWICE against him and cotto stayed on his feet... Berto is an awesome fighter, but that defense would get him killed
