@allmasashops Chestnut in arabic is كستناء, and what I used is Chestnut cream, which is a traditional french cream used for desserts. not sure where you live, but you can try specialty stores or online to see if you can buy it. Otherwise, use another filling to do the cake. hope this helps!
@MsZenZen79 you can keep it in the fridge (covered with a plastic wrap) for 2-3 days. Also, you can wrap with foil and freezer bags and freeze it for 1 month. Just thaw before serving. will look into the madeleine :-)
