I have been listening to this record literally, for over 20 years & it is hands down my favorite album of all time. I always thought it was because my mom put it on for us to dance to as kids & it was all sentimental but as I grew up and my passion for music grew, I had to take a closer look and I totally agree that this album is flawlessly seamed together with a very calculated balance of disco, funk, an interesting take on "Heart of Gold" & some clever world music mixed in. Love.

I love all Boney M music; but this song I don't know why sounds so beautiful and different, Marcia was so hipnotic I felt under her spell.

It was a big lost for all of us fans of Boney M that Marcia didn't perform more songs in the group. Don't take me wrong, I love Liz performances but still... I miss Marcia.

Never Changes Lovers In The Middle Of The Night is one of the best album tracks ever by Boney M. It has Marcia on lead who also sang a stunning live version of this track during their 78/79 tours as well as the group's South African tour in 84. Marcia ought to have sung leads on many more tracks. Luckily you can hear her on backing vocals on almost each Boney M. recording where Liz is doing the lead. Marcia was THE live singer of the group.
