As well there were three punctuation errors ("im" needs an apostrophe, a period at the end, and the first "and" should be a comma), three capitalization errors (the i in both "im" and when you first used "i" and the h in "hwo"), and two word use error (both times you said much, you should have used many). Proofread, it helps.

  • this man looks so toned! You can't have that body working out at home! Try getting a real program for working out cause you need workout that is consistent and monitored. Some sites provides free programs so just keep browsing. I do know a site that offers free programs for body building and even getting that toned lean look. But I can't post the site here, so just check my profile.

  • its simple...this of abs as a scale of 100. which is divided into diet and exercise. your goal is to get to that 100 top mark. but if you mess either of both, you would NEVER get there. its simple people

  • Avoid drinking too...that will just make it harder on you....esp bloaty drinks like beer. You wonder why girls drink mix drinks instead?

    Also cardio is important. Intervals (walking, sprinting, repeat) is really good and can chip off fat a lot quicker than paced jogs. Though a good 40 minute run at a steady pace is very healthy as well...try switching them up. In the Army we did intervals 1 day and ran another day (usually with a day inbetween where we do mostly upper body and core).

  • This is incorrect, your forehead should be moving toward the ceiling, your head should not be tilting forward as this puts strain on the neck and can cause injury if done repeatedly

  • @TheRahan100 Fill up on protein and multicolored vegtables. A high protien diet makes you feel full longer and keeps your belly flat, where as to many carbohydrates make you feel bloated. Eat chicken, fish or beef with as many vegetables as you want , the more colurful the better.

  • @pronation1 cardio bro. thats all there is to it. cardio first, weights later. get rid of the fat now and worry about your abs later. even if your trying to gain weight, theres no possible way to get a six pack under fat. it just wont happen. cut ur fat and ur abs will slowly begin to show

  • well if u have fat well the best thing to do is cardio,but more then excersise is diet,cuz u can do tons and tons of crunches and sit up bla bla bla but u will never see it unless u burn some fat,weight training works good,and cardio,mmmm i personaly recomend you to do p90x,it works good its an aswome program,try it,or try to find some cardio routines,including weight training ^.^

  • @devangelis nah. if you want a good way to get a 6pack and double your 38 or how ever old you want to live. do 15mins of cardio then do your routine workout then do a 30-45 min ab workout after. ie. monday do uppers, tuesday lowers, wednesday etc... then after your ab workout do another 15 or 20mins of cardio. and watch what you eat. dont listen to every1 saying if your old you cant get abs. its bs. some people are over 50 with 6/8packs

    It depends. working out at home you dont really go your fullest. or at least i dont in my opinion. I dont really recomend going to the gym by yourself either, then you have someone encouraging you or whatever. and about your mins question it should take 25-35 mins to do any ab group
