I don't think Greek Catholic Churches should look neo gothic.. For that matter I consider the entire gothic architecture to be a frankish crusaders reaction from a confused encounter with abbasid islamic or armenian christian architecture which tended to make use of the pointed arch. That was the one of the features that brought the change from romanesque into gothic, another was scholastic/humanistic sculpture. Be happy to make your church look genuinely Roman as your country is named from.
