Way to stand up my man! There is NOTHING in the criminal code about filming video in public venues so all those losers giving you static about it can bite the big one.
I see no difference between this camera guy filming this and a security cam filming the area...If your in a public area you are subject to being recorded.
This guy seems to do this work for commercial reasons so he is just doing his job and selling it to the media. If the media outlets consider it inappropriate they will edit it out or not buy it. If he was wearing a Global, CTV, or CBC logo they would not try block him...

While we live in a free society I think we should respect others' wish for privacy, regardless if you're filming in a public area or not. It's a matter of courtesy though.
Also, I don't think lady who tried to grab the guy's camera shouldn't be that aggressive. Same goes to the cameraman in this message wall.
