I grew up listening to this guy and this station in the 70`s. My Mom would leave the radio on all night for us to sleep better. the music was great, thank you so much it was the best ,you were the best announcer, xxoo
Marc Denis is an interesting personality--obviously at home in both English and French, one of the few bilingual shows I've ever heard....and he does it well. (I think he's still a prominent personality in the Montreal market...)
Does anyone remember a song from the old CKGM days called "Lucie Lucie" by De Kloxx? I don't know if the spelling is correct, but it used to be my favorite song when I was 10 years old. The song is in french and it didn't matter that I didn't understand a word, it still rocked (well, kind of) to my 4th grade mind.
