Roku warned Aang the while in the Avatar State, yeah you're powerful, but you're also vulnerable. If you die wile in the Avatar State, the avatar cycle will end forever. This came VERY close to happening in the season 2 finale. Aang was lucky--instead of dying, his Avatar Spirit was just sealed away somehow. It was unsealed during his battle with Ozai.

@richtea87 Yes, Ive been looking everywhere for this track too. But I can´t find it. Until I visited a website where I found the Track. But you can´t download it. Than I recordet the video with sound mode " audio out", not "microphone"(on windows xp).
I always wondered why did aang go through all that training when he could've just won in avatar mode. it wasn't even close.
all he really needed was to learn the bending removing technique from the giant island.
