chorus is easy to see homie. Dm G then B for a sec then move down the root note one fret but leave the barre and then theres Am

AH! scratch the 'B' that i said earlier. its actually a C then C/B then Am. that goes on till he says "but somewhere inside me" and then it hits a Dm, E, Am, A7, then the next chord, during the "want it out of my head" is like a C but you move your middle and ring finger up a string and switch between that and a G at the end of the song. or if its the first chorus hold that weird C chords then go to E then start the verse over. word
