i did this ball exercise after 9 months and i never try it again i can run jump but CANT DO THIS EXERCISE and this "exercise man" never had a knee surgery would like to see one who had knee surgery and do this exercise and this was after a week from surgery sorry to all here but this is FAKE VIDEO
In terms of the functional ACL brace - no evidence a full brace (don-joy, etc) provides any clinically relevant advantage over a simple neoprene sleeve
i hear alot of reponses as to how long recovery is. I had acl surgery 4 weeks ago two days after surgery i was walking fine of course with mild pain. no my leg fully extends and i can almost to a full squat just body wieght. Is that normal?
Increasing quad strength is the least of concerns. Increased glute response is much more effective for stabilizing the knee as well as moving generated forces up away from the knee and to the glutes. This protects the knee in the future and greatly increases performance.
Proprioception is not a fancy word for balance. Proprioception covers so much more than just balance. Increasing balance requires increasing the level of proprioception of the muscles required. It's is required for balance, but is not balance.
What the Fu... If dropped from ball then gonna ruin the knee again....

Too much quad proprioception is often a huge contributing factor for non-contact Acl tears.
