Here is the story behind his cry: Shaykh Saud lost his mom the same day of this prayer, and she was there in Haram to be presented for the funeral prayer just after they finsh the main praye.

سبب بكاء الشيخ سعود والذي قرأ سورة الفاتحة آلاف المرات في الحرم ولم يبك كبكاءه هذا اليوم، ان والدته قد توفيت رحمها الله في نفس اليوم وكانت جنازتها تنتظر لتقديمها لصلاة الميت بعد هذه الصلاة، ابن يبكي والدته، ولكن ليس اي بكاء، انما بكاء امام الحرم المكي والذي سيصلي عليها رحمها ورحمنا الله.
