    felicitaciones a sus creadores

  • is this cartoon colored in pencil geryons or computers

  • its done in a few media, ink. pencils, its traditional, a bit also lik Joanna Quinns work too, and the magic animators tool 'peg bar' (stuff which holds papaer in place.

  • Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan that is so cool looking. Usually Plympton's stuff is way sketchier, but it's so clean and colorful and TIGHT. I wanna seee thiiis.

  • Watch the full short if you get the chance. Out of context, this clip is not quite as funny as it actually is the whole thing (from middle of the short). In whole, by the time this scene arrives, I was almost crying I was laughing so hard. A must see.

  • I saw this at our local art house cinema, along with some other great animations. I've been a long time fan of Plymptoons. You shouch also check out his prequel to Guide Dog, it's called Guard Dog.

  • great stuff, hillarious

  • Poor Old Lady AND Dog!

  • I went to the Animation show last night in Chicago. I saw the full animation of "Guide Dog" and let me tell you it was Funny and Well made. One of the best of the show IMO. Bill Plympton (Director of "Guide Dog") was in attendance. Don Hertzfeldt was scheduled to be there but couldn't make it due to Bronchitis. Can't wait till Vol.3 is released on DVD. If you haven't already, Check out Vol. 1-2 and also see if the Animation show is coming to your neck of the woods. Definitely worth it.

  • I was in Chicago as well! It was beautiful, I just loved it!

  • I saw this just last night at the Animation Show Film Festival in Chicago. The Full length animation was amazing! Bill Plympton (Director of this Animation) was in attendance. Don Hertzfeldt was supposed to be in attendance but couldn't make it due to Bronchitis. I suggest picking up Vol. 3 of the Animation show when it's released and if you haven't already, Check out Vol.1-2. Check out the Animation show if it's coming to your area.
