  • yes, you are right! clottey has a solid solid defence until the end. thats why he survive. if he does the play well, or if he opens his face, he could bring his face to his ass!

  • this fight was a cakewalk as I predicted below

  • WOW!! Good call exactly how it went down.

  • Today, Philippine rebels and soldiers lay down their arms for a moment and watch "The Event" as in many other occasions when the Pacman is on the ring. Criminality also goes down to almost zero across the nation.

  • i think tko by pacman 4-5 rounds...

  • lmao I really hope that clottey wins but I just dont see him winning, he looks strong but manny is just too fast and strong

  • I agree, Watch the Clottey-Judah fight. Clottey should have dominated that fight from pillar to post but when Zab threw combos, Clottey clammed up in his shell. Also Zab stood in front of Clottey a lot, allowing for Clottey to attack his body and uppercut him. Pacquiao is far to mobile and throws too many punches for Clottey to sustain any attack. I dont see a domination, but I see a late round stoppage. 8th, 9th, or 10th

  • I stopped underestimating the Pacman-Roach combination since that Dela Hoya fight. After seeing both training camps has ended, I change my prediction from 9 to just 6 rds TKO.

  • Right on Clotty moves deceptivly fast on his feet and will connect and is the bigger ans straighter puncher. Pacman is Bruce Lee and you need a high guard for that.

  • this fight will not last 6 rounds.......they have this new technique for fight night....go manny!!

  • @ KINGMANNY007 and @drbringit. Roach says " Late round KO" but the truth it's only between 3-5 rounds KO by Pacman. Probably only 1 or 2 rounds KO. What i've seen and heard inside the gym is true and accurate. I've even saw how Roach and Pacman study and practicing how to break Clottey defense. I would say, 3-5 rounds.

  • If Clottey can endure Pacquiao's body shots, it can go all the way, but the way i see it, the body shots will wear him down. Pac-man got power behind those punches Clottey will lower his guard to defend a banged up body and BAM left hook to the head of Clottey to KO him in the later rounds...I say 11th-12th rds it'll be over.

  • Defense doesnt win fights...Clottey's stamina is questionable..Manny will KO Clottey in 7-8 rd..

  • Pacquiao knows Clottey is a dangerous opponent, that´s why he is still training no matter how Roach tells him to take it easy. If you watch Pacquiao interviews recently, he pointed out that he needs to be prepared especially after he received the award "The best boxer of the Decade". He said he needs to prove he is worthy of that award. One thing you should know too, Pacquiao changes his gameplan against Cotto after 2 rounds w/out asking Roach & Freddie was really upset the first 3 rds.

  • yeh ur right but in ur owned thoughts, once manny are in the the ring he will find his way nomatter wat, defense what youre telling , by the waynice shirt ha,,,,,countryfist

  • BERRY BERRY GUY!

  • dude ur so freakin filipino man.. so BERRY BERRY all the time huh.. good job

  • thank you drbringit!!! that was an extremely intelligent prediction/breakdown...unbiased and very well put...i agree with everything you said ,1,000,000%

  • Here's the latest from Manny's camp. Freddie Roach says Manny will fight Mayfeathers for free.

That is, winner takes all. What will be Floyd's answer to the challenge? You're on check, Floydie boy. Make your move.

  • bottom line if pac loses clottey he better rethink fighting at welterweight.

  • clottey is a catcher, manny will pitch hard lefts and rights, if clottey survives it is a testament to his durability. i think he gets worn down though too many punches, clottey's corner stopping the fight in late rounds

  • super pacman will eat you up!!

  • Pacquiao better watch out for that headbutt. If Pac bleeds, then he's gonna feel weak....lmbo!!!!

  • common how many times MP surprise you since dela hoya fight,he is a special fighter and MP will shock you again ih he KO clottey, freddie is a master of the sports and they will find a way to break clottey.joshua is a game fighter and he will not backout with anybody but he will catch a lot of punches

  • To all non believers and doubters, The Pacman will KO Clottey in the early rounds maybe the 4th round. This is a "Tuna Fight" for Manny get it "tuna" fish famous in his hometown big fish though that can be found in GenSan!

  • pekaboo defence is little assurance from left or right hook and chop chop to the body. The thing is Pacman has two hammers as offense so it is interesting to see.

  • i think the fight is gonna be owesome and this the true fight for manny

  • i think youre forgetting something ..Manny Pacquiao has great eyes which finds gaps..Clottey cannot be on the defensive the whole fight or else he wont score..he needs to punch and then BOOM he gets hit with punches he cant see..Manny Pacquiao TKO 9

  • The only way Clottey can win is if he stays on the inside. Manny is not good backing up. That being said Manny will be beating Clottey to the punch when he opens up. Clottey gets out worked, Manny by UD....

  • i really like the most when clottey challenge pacquiao, when he says "he will beat pacquiao and the world will shock"..

pacquiao challenge with that quote from clottey.. pacquiao likes it..coz he turned like into beast and give him motivation and focus when the fights goes on..

  • the only way clottey will win is when they turn off the light.

  • ohhh, clottey's eyes are glowing in the dark u know'?

  • Can't see any hope for Clottey...

    Clottey is asking for Miracle...

Who cares about his defense if he's really slow.. can't see any video of Clottey that he has speed.. good luck to this natural natural heavy fighter...

  • but cotto had slip 1 sneaky left hand on the early rounds and clottey was KO , now imagine that with manny's power punch, faster and in numerous amount. I think manny's gonna KO clottey , dont know when but its coming, this is my take on this:-)peace!

  • this guy assumes that pacquiao fans think this is an easy fight. yo homie stop assuming that you know what people think, and just to end your pointless video, these guys are both pros so anything can happen there its done. all that bs come on!

  • They say Clottey has a very strong defense. Pacquiao's last fight he seemed to have injured his right hand. I predict Pacquiao will break his hand in the ring before he can break Clotteys deffense. Clottey, is not as explosive as Pacquiao, but he is accurate and only throws his combo at the right moment. Pacquiao will still win, but he will get hurt by Clottey if he fight him the way he fought Cotto

  • whtas up drb and boxing fans. for me, its going to be an easy fight for pacman. clottey will go toe to toe with pac if he has too. when clottey fought cotto, i think he won the fight but i was surprised that clottey was giving away rounds on 11 and 12 to cotto. but anyways, the question will be if they go toe to toe, can clottey take pacman punches?pac needs to go in and out with clottey and more defense...

  • Men! I don't know if it's my phone or something, but I can't hear you!

  • Great Analysis man before race comments come in im jus gonna say that I am black and I go with Pac on this 1 too. Freddie Roach is a master at training fighters. I do want Clottey to win because he deserves a chance to be at the top. He wanted Paul Williams but Paul ducked him. I give Manny respect for fighting him but rumor is that he is charging him 11 million for every pound Clottey goes over in the fight. I dont know if that is true or not but Clottey has been over weight for some fights

  • Bro. I'll say Pacquiao will KO Clottey in 7th.

See you after Mar. 13th and see who has accurate reading in this fight.

  • dont sleep on Clottey... he has the style to beat pacquiao... this fight can go either way.. my money's on Clottey tho.. I can see him giving pacquiao a beating.. people are gonna be surprised of the outcome.. Clottey said it best in an interview.. He's not SUPERMAN .. Clottey by late stoppage

  • He doesn't know!!! I know! Round 5-7 KO by Pacman. Why? Pacman likes throwing a lot of punches when his opponent is on defensive mode. Clottey doesn't have any foot steps and head movements to dodge Pacman punches. It would be an easy fight for Pacman. Pacman will throw 3 combination then move to Clottey's right or left and throws again multiple punches. That's the secret to beat Clottey .

  • and clottey's defense is only good if he can land anything before pacquiao stops him.

i've seen clottey fights and he over extends his punches, he will be open for a solid left to the face from pac, you'll see!

  • hey drb...,

are you stressed? i think you lack sleep!

peakaboo defense... man clottey doesn't have the footspeed to match pacquiao. and you say clottey's body is made for boxing?? what the heck is that about!

bottom line, speed power and stamin will win this fight for PACQUAIO and will Knockout clottey in the late rds!

  • You forget that Pacquiao is a freak of nature on his own right and alos a machine. Clottey has never fought anyone like Pacquiao. In fact there is no fighter like Manny in the history of boxing. His unusual unorthodox boxing style with unusual angles with his punches and quick combinations lightning speed. I wouldn't be suprised if Clottey gets KOed. You have to remember Pacquiao is a different level now since he fought Delahoya/Hatton. A lot smarter and stronger fighter since then.

  • but winner or lose ... its MANNY "money" will win for both fighter .. lol .. motto of money "me the best man win "

  • i agree manny by points cus clottey aint active enough, but i think manny gets damged

  • KingManny: I'm liking your prediction! I do hope your vision comes to fruition, I really do. Dang, maybe I'm giving Clottey more praise than he deserves, but I really see a solid fighter with very good defense. I think Clottey will prepare for this fight as the fight of his life.

  • @pijoe7752 I have to really agree with U there. He is scared to fight the best. He should have fought Cotto along time ago after Cotto beat Shane but instead he retired. The problem is that he knew that if Pac refused the random testing he would look bad. That's the fucked up part of this he (PBF) has managed to tarnish Pac's rep a bit. I just wish He would have agreed to the random test and Ko'ed PBF the hell out. I guess we'll all have to watch Shane do it instead. Shane is gonna crush him!!!!

  • @emanoneoj I think that's a better discription of the way Cotto looked after the fight rather than Pac. He had fluid retention in his ear that can result in the standard cauliflower ear if not drained. Not a "busted" ear or ear drum as was reported repeatedly not just by bloggers but on the boxing web sites. If that were the case he wouldn't be fighting in March. The doc who treated the ear wasn't even a general practicioner, but a plastic surgeon. But I agree Freddy should be in his ass.

  • I never implied that he was beat up more than Cotto. Just saying that he would not have been beat up that much if he didn't play his so called "psychological warfare". He thought he was being smart, he better not do that again with Clottey.

  • I bet you would think that something doesn't seem right. Then imagine that Cotto does the same thing Pac did and refuses to do random drug testing for his next fight. What would you think then? Keep an open mind and an unbiased opinion and don't insult people because you have a different opinion. Think about it!!!!

  • Pac won't refuse olympic drug testing for his next fight because no one but Floyd is cowardly enough to demand it. I'm sure the issue was never raised by Clottey. If Floyd really thinks that Olympic drug testing is necessary then why is Pac the only fighter he demanded it of. NSAC testing always worked for Floyd before. Floyd says Pac hasn't improved, is easy to hit, one demensional. Floyd Sr says he punches like an amateur. They're anything but impressed. But now say he's a beast on roids. lmao

  • who was suspected of using steriods you would feel totally different about the whole situation. Then you would be the ones saying that somethings not right here. Just imagine that Pac was the bigger stronger guy and Cotto was the one going up in weight and he couldn't knock out a smaller guy and was hurt by that guy in their fight. Then he goes up in weight and starts Ko'ing bigger guys. Then he fights Pac a bigger stronger fighter yet he walks through his punches like nothing.

  • You can't help but feel like this if you are an unbiased boxing fan. Not only that but look at the excuses they threw out there for not wanting to give blood. They are all stupid and fake as hell. I don't like needles yet he has tatoos. Giving blood will make him weak, yet the amount taken would not cause that to occur. Oh I'm supersticious yet he's Catholic or Christian. It's just a constant bunch of contradictions. Lets face it if the roles were reversed and it was Cotto .....

  • But that's exactly what is happening. I am so disappointed in Pac I have been a fan of his even when he was going to fight Cotto. I never had anything against him but he has been acting like a diva more than a fighter. He refused to fight Cotto at 147 even though he was the champ, but he is going to fight Clotety at 147. Then he throws away a chance to shut PBF mouth and 40 million bucks. In doing so he has made himself look as guilty as AM was with the plaster in the wraps.

  • @lportoroc Pacquiao agreed to more drug testing for the fight with Floyd than any fighter has ever been tested in any bout in boxing history. Hardly sounds like a guy who's got something to hide. Floyd saw his previous fights and was afraid.

Floyd's shared a division for 5 yrs with Cotto, Marg and Shane. Would Pac share a division with those guys for a half a decade and not fight ANY OF THEM?

This is about fear, not steroids.

  • If he was really clean they would not ask the questions they asked. What would be the penalty for a positive test? Then my favorite question If he tested positive could they keep it quiet for the sake of the sport. That sounds like a guilty camps questions to me. Or how about the fact that he walked away from 40 million dollars rather than agreeing to RANDOM blood testing. SM agreed to do it already and him and PBF are gonna fight. I never thought I would see PBF fight a better opponent than MP

  • The was a claim that SOMEONE made about the mysterious email. No evidence of the email ... not to mention that it's a pretty stupid thing to ask. I would think that email would be out by now if it's real ..but wait and see.

SM don't have a choice to agree to what ever PBF wants ... Shane is not "the guy" so he can't demand anything.

  • @ytubet I disagree with U about that IMO Shane is the much more exciting fighter and is the legitimate welter weight champion after Kicking the shit out of Marga Cheeto. The only reason PBF is a draw is because people want to see him get his teeth knocked down his arrogant mouth. Which is exactly what is going to happen when he faces Shane. Oh and PS. Shane would KO Pac as well

  • Iportoroc,

Shane is one of my all time favorite fighter ... yes, I think he's exciting. But at this stage of his career, he is in no position to demand in a contract ... that's why he'll have to give in (random blood test for example) to Floyd's demand if Shane wants a fight with him. If Shane was "the" guy, hell in no way that would happen.

I think the young Shane would easily kick Floyd's ass (and Pac too), but I don't know about now.

  • (cont)

At this stage of Shane's career, I think Pac will give him more trouble than Floyd. You can see in Shane's last few fights his endurance is not as good anymore and his punch output gone down, but he's still smart and good. Floyd is not a pressure fighter and he wont engage enough to test Shane's gas tank. Pac however will force Shane to keep his foot on the gas pedal. So my opinion is the edge goes to Shane over Floyd & Pac, but Pac have a better chance of beating Shane than Floyd.

  • Also besides the evidence in the ring there are the physical clues as well. He gained way to much muscle mass in too short a time. Especially considering the amount of calories he had to intake to go up in weight he is way to cut. He can't possibly look like that intaking that many calories about 5000 a day. Give me a break. When fighters go up in weight they always look a little puggy and some water retention, yet he has none. Then there's the e-mail they sent to the PBF camp.

  • @Iportoroc...So what are you saying. He's doing steroids? He's been tested for steroids and masking agents many times and never been anything but clean. Are you suggesting HGH? You don't say. Floyd moved up 5/6 divisions himself. Is he on roids? You also reference some "urban legend" e-mail that Teddy Atlas says was sent to Floyd's camp. Although no proof (of course) of any cheating, it would have been passed to the world in an instant if it actually existed.

  • continued. Yet all of a sudden he goes up in weight and is able to stop bigger stronger fighters than JMM. In particular Cotto who was the best of the bigger fighters that he fought lately. Some how he was able to take Cotto's shot's like nothing. It doesn't make sense. How could a lighter puncher like JMM hurt Pac and yet a bigger stronger puncher like Cotto not hurt him at all. How could a smaller JMM handle Pac's punches and the bigger stronger fighter not. and that goes for ODH as well.

  • @couar351 I read your comments to Oct13 and I have to disagree with u. There is a bunch of evidence to support the claims tha Pac could be on steriods. #1 and most noticable for me is what you can see in the ring. He fought JMM 2x and did not knock him out. In their 1 fight he droped him 3x in the 1 round and the fight went the distance with JMM doing enough to get a draw. Not only that but JMM landed some shots on Pac that clearly hurt him and even wobbled him.

  • @Iportoroc Floyd Mayweather is bigger than Pac and hit Marquez (as a fat lightweight) dead on the chin 300x (according to compubox) and he didn't knock him out or even down but once. I'd say that means he has a solid chin. You gotta do better than that if you're gonna say someone "could" be cheating. ANYONE could be. Unless you have some evidence in-hand it's a BS conjecture. You know...like maybe plaster of paris in his gloves or a history of ANY positive drug tests.

  • @pijoe7752 I respect your opinion however I still feel that there are some suspicious circumstances here. I feel strongly that boxing should adopt the random blood testing to make sure that the sport is pure. Also I have to say that PBF is not the biggest puncher in the world and is more of a pot shot type fighter compared to the way MP hit JMM. That being said it doesn't explain how MP could take Cotto's punches better than he did JMM's punches.

  • Guys don't hold your breath waiting for Pac vs PBF I seriously doubt that PBF walks out the winner in his fight against SM. In fact I wont be surprised if SM KO's PBF. I also agree with drbringit in regards to Clottey. He will be a tough out for anybody. He has a super solid chin and strong body. What I am upset about is why Pac is willing to fight him at 147, but forced Cotto to fight at a catch weight for the title. That's really BS in my opinion. I don't feel he beat Cotto at his best.

  • bellafante, is right do not give manny more credit than he deserve but he will deserve credit if he can KO clottey, why? he came straight to cotto and judah but gee clotty was not KO. so logic dictates if pacman KO clottey. well he is better than cotto or judah and all the fighters clottey has fought. so your right do not give props more than PAC deserves but he does KO Clottey, is more than any other fighter has done..

  • clotty diffense is only second to mayweather, but he does not have the gas for latter rounds. Why? his defense is base on absortion and deflection of blows. its like having body football gear or bullet proof veest but body will still feel the impact. Floyd his defense is base on evasion and absortion and deflection is last resort. that why he does not run out of gas. guy with vest hit enough bullets will feels impact and go down. manny hands are rapid bullets, so you can guess how it ends.

  • I think you're right about this being a tough fight. Clottey is bigger and stronger. Also IMO Pac fell into a bad habit of standing in front of Cotto with his own peak-a-boo defense and took a lot of shots. When Cotto and Clottey did the same Clottey was getting the better of those exchanges. Clottey's problem will be that he only throws about half as many punches as Pac per round. If Clottey fades as he did against Cotto, Manny will come on late in the fight. I also see a decision for Pac.

  • Pac's psychological antics of standing in front of Cotto did him bad more than good. I'm sure Freddie had a lot to say about that and probably told him not to pull that stunt again. That same stunt had people asking: how can he take shots like that without affecting his performance at all? Also he got lots of bruises in the face and his ear was busted. To add insult to injury, now he is accused as a cheater.

  • @drbringit

You are hyping Clottey a bit. I agree that it's no tune-up fight, but the chances of Clottey of winning this fight is slim. He will have a puncher's chance for sure but nothing more than that. Clottey's work rate and speed is too slow for Pac. He's too slow to setup his offense and loses his stamina in the later rounds. He could have easily defeated 1 eye Cotto but because of his flaws, he lost the fight.

  • Comment removed

  • The only good thing about having this fight is that it will be an easier fight than what Floyd would be facing against Mosley. Pac is gonna come out of this fight not so beaten up and will face the winner of Mayweather/Mosley. This is all leading to the mega-fight which Pac will have already secured to be in.

This is a perfect setup by Bob and Freddie while Floyd will be fighting life and death with Shane. Should Floyd win that fight, he knows it will raise his bargaining power against Pac.

  • In boxing, a lot be people get hurt from punches they don't see (not necessary from the hardest punch). So far all of Pac's opponent said they didn't see Pac's punch when they get knocked down or rocked.

Cotto could handle Clottey's punches because he could see it coming. But that does not mean Clottey is not a heavy hitter ... Clottey is no joke. To be honest, had Clottey stepped it up against Cotto in later rounds, I think he would have taken Cotto out too.

  • LMAO!!!! Clottey is gonna get KILLED! He's gonna be too busy covering up to land ANYTHING on Pac. Stop trying to give Pac more credit than he deserves for beating a B fighter.

  • @bellafante1 What's wrong with Pac fighting a guy who will never be a Hall of Famer?

Floyd Mayweather built an entire "CAREER" around beating B-fighters like Clottey. Can I get an AMEN!!!!!

  • lolage, its not about clotteys heart, pacs speed will own clottey no joke, its easier for pac than u think believe me.... plus, ur forgetting tkos, which is most likely at about round 10, tko round 10, but absolute owneage for pac throughout, the speed realy is just 2 much my friend

  • Pacquiao will win with Arizas suplements and mixes that he does not whats in them, that is what Ariza said, he will be able to beat Clottey thanks to the big pay day that Bob Arum gave Clottey, you know how an inside employee perfomes when the masters tells him what to do. This fight is a smoke screen

  • 13oct: What a conpiracy theory....I love it...lol.

  • 13oct..... your assumptions and insinuations of Pac on steroids without proof is getting a bit old... you have BEEN sounding very bitter trying to vindicate Cottos loss... just coz your wife is in the medical field does not mean she knows everything.... thats why Pacs lawsuit will successful ... the burden of proof lies in the hands of the accusers ... this little fip has never tested or suspected of illegal substances .... you and your wife are starting to sound like idiots..............

  • @13oct1992 - "Ariza's supplements"? he must be making A LOT of MONEY with this "special" formula that no drug test can detect.

dood move on. why you still hanging on to spectulations? it's just getting old. is this all you have? made-up stuff? come back when you have actual proof.

  • ung TINOLANG MANOK ang kinakain namen kaya kame malakas ..hahaha

  • pinoys.. wazup??

  • Pacman will unload combos and steps back or goes side to side .Clottey will not be able to counter effectively.Pac by UD.

  • This proves that Pacquiao is not all about the money and not about protecting his record. It proves Pac does not stay away from black fighters (bigger fighter at that).

  • ppl r sayin he avoids slick black fighters like a floyd or shane not sum1 like clottey

  • who, nate campbell? let him try to beat Clottey. For that matter Shane/Floyd vs Clottey is also good. I believe Pac just leave most of the selection of his opponents to people around him.

  • nate campbell was the guy who had 3 belts at lightweight who manny wudnt fight. clottey is a c class fighter. shane or floyd wud eat him up.

  • the guy nate campbell is not the guy who is he ??? is he a price fighter .. lol .. pacman when go on lightweight cause he needs to go there 1st then go on the big pay check .. then who nate ??? who is he ???

  • campbell had 3 belts and pac dodged him thats who nate campbell is

  • who ?? campbell got 3 belts where ?? is he the champion on that time when pacman meets DIAZ ... lol .. he dont want to fight that old man ... and who the hell he is ?? maybe you like campbell more ..sorry but he didn't want to fight that no names .. :) .. he fight for more belts and higher and bigger prize guy ...

  • he had 3 belts in 08 wen pacquioa picked to fight diaz wit 1 belt instead

  • and pacman never dodged any fighter if you are deserving to fight him then he will fight you .. if not you are less prize and money .. maybe nate k.o SHANE 1st then manny will fight him

  • well he clearly dodged campbell who had 3 belts to fight diaz wit 1 belt and not even consider a unification match.

  • @paul8770 - did you just say that manny pacquiao, p4p #1, 7-division champion, fighter of the decade, DUCKED nate campbell?

    wow.

  • paul im sorry for you .. for saying that .. that pacman dodged campbell are you in there promoter .. hahah so poor for you man .. you should watch campbell if you want all day long but pacman not dodged that guy who is he ?? is he a great fighter i've seen him fighting and he is no longer match with pacman sorry dude .. you can say all day long .. but you are just so pathetic please open your eyes now and see pacman world

  • and campbell 3 belts from where fu ck up ... where did he got that ... from lightweight ??? and then who come marquez got it all ... even marquez dont want to fight campbell no prize in his fight ... how come he got 3 belt .. diaz is the champion and he got the belt in juan diaz by decision .. who come pacman dodged this guy even pacman wins on campbell its nothing its like he fight a taxi driver .. ..

  • campbell fought juan diaz for his 3 belts and beat him. pacquiao then came to lightweight and fought the guy david diaz wit 1 belt then vacated witout even a defence or unificationn

  • damn.. i always see you name on every pac's video here on youtube and you always give negative commments for him.. are you gay?? you're too jealous... you should kill your self and accept that pac killed all your mexicans and blacks fighters ok?? fu ck bitch!!!

  • killed all the black fighters? no he ducked them all

  • i tell you what ... 1st manny is in the arena when Clottey fought Cotto .. and manny knows that Clottey wins that fight... and he knows Clottey too ... 2nd Manny have a different strategy every fight .. so we will see a different Pacman in this one ... he must have a patience and see an open to Clottey then hits him and move in and out .. that's may win him a points and hurt Clottey .. manny will break that hands of Josh believe me :) peace !!!!!

  • yes you right ? but Clottey is much bigger and stronger ... but i think he will fall and i like what he was saying so that's make sense for that fight .. but i tell you what Clottey will be knockdown or maybe not .. and he is ready for this hope no headbutts sssssss this time ... g0ggg0g0g0g0g0gg0!!!! tnx for analysis man

  • Speed kills (Not A-Side Meth), for Manny of course. Clottey is tough but too slow for The Pacman. TKO-10.

  • nice shirt kabayan and nive vid....keep it up!

  • Good video bro!

    And I like your t shirt! ;)

  • the countryman's fist

  • The only way I see clottey winning is if he gets one good punch. Manny will throw punches and Clottey will not see them comming and be forced to cover up the whole fight.

  • Clottey will be punished until he, the ref or his corner stops the contest. Pacman will make him his punching bag, Clottey will go with the program once his abdomen, kidneys and innards are accosted by the Filipino typhoon.

  • Ganja.....you sound like a naive Pactard nuthugger.

Stop giving Pac fans a bad name.

  • Ganja: Man, I hope this is the case, but nobody has really "had their way" against Clottey. Clottey is as determined, if not hungrier than Pacquiao for this win. All Manny's fights at this point will be "icing on the cake". Clottey is still hungry for "respect". I think there is more on the line for Clottey, just my personal opinion. Manny has to be careful not to tire himself out, because he will have to move alot against Clottey.

  • @drbringit i'm a hardcore mayweather fan and i say its an easy fight....probably gonna be a marquez-maywweather fight again lol....clottey's work rate sucks...i mean common how did he even get to fight the top fighters lol...arum is smart, he knew cotto raped clottey

  • Easy fight for Manny; Clottey is too plodding and slow for the impossible kid and the difference in abilities will show almost immediately. Clottey, while a very sturdy guy, will crumble under the torrent of fisticuffs from the Pacman. I expect Joshua to bleed from every orifice, he will be rendered a smoldering, sanguined heap of ebon flesh by this Asian dynamo.

  • @drbringit Nothing about Clottey is "slick". The dude comes str8 forward like EVERY other fighter Manny has faced. Covering the front of your face leaves the sides of the face open for Manny's looping punches. You mentioned NOTHING about Clottey's offense. How the hell is he supposed to hit Pacquiao when he's practically blinding himself the entire fight? If Clottey was so hungry, he would have knocked Cotto out. You're hyping this fight up for NO REASON except to give unwarranted praise to Pac

  • bellafante: Hey, I respect that. But you know what, I have never been one to underestimate people. I just maybe over-analyzing Clottey's skills, but I don't know, I really see Clottey as hungry fighter with a lot of heart. Don't get me wrong, I want to see Manny KO him quick to make a statement, but I'm not seeing that for some reason. I don't think I'm alone on this one, my friend.

  • @GanjaZombi2 i'm a mayweather fan but i agree clottey will get raped...no contest

  • great JOB man more respect to you your a true boxing fan u never get into the steroid none sense

  • Clottey's defense isn't perfect, but he's underrated by a lot of boxing fans. To me, he always seem like the under dog, which is why I usually want him to win. In this fight, I like Pacquiao though. I see MP winning, either by TKO, or a 12 round decision. Is a K.O. possible? Yes, but I agree with drbringit, it probably won't happen. Clottey has a big heart, & he's eager to prove himself, so never count him out.

  • sober analysis

some in the us press seems to think that clottey is a wash- that is simply not the case.

another thing about clottey is that he can fight a southpaw- fight with judah says it all

pac is also been cut over the eye is a few fights- again, clottey spilt judah's eye open

of course, pac ain't judah, but this is still a tough fight- what will be the difference? maybe killer instinct.

  • I think Clottey will be Pac's toughest fight. Clottey is a big strong WW where as I'm not sure if Pac is a true WW yet (even though he did well against Coto). Pac (like Floyd) gets away a lot with speed .. speed is his big advantage and allows him to perform at WW. But I don't think Pac can stay in WW division long as once he slows down, he won't be able to handle a much bigger guy.

Even though Clottey will be moving forward, his defense is pretty good so he won't get tagged like Hatton.

  • what pacman cant handle a much bigger guy ?? are you serious .. have u been in the wild card gym have u seen who is he been sparring .. ?? and why pacman go for bigger division ?? well you must search 1st dude

  • zendo09 ... get real, dude. I'm a big Pac fan but I'm staying real here. You obviously didn't read my post correctly. Pac can handle bigger guys in WW division now because of speed (and I think he can beat Floyd). But once the speed is gone (like when he gets older!) he will not be able to handle WW because he's a naturally smaller guy.

  • Great Analysis!!!
