I went through one of the worst relationships I could ever have come acrossed. I got pregnant at 18 and he moved me from California to Alaska where I wasn't allowed to talk to anyone, to go anywhere without him, to even get a driver's license because that would mean I might go out and see people. I wasn't even allowed to talk to my own mom on the phone. I got out of that and I am on the road to mending my life. You made me cry. Thank you for that video, it was inspirational beyond belief

Hi Kandee! I just watched this video for the hundred time! I keep hoping that my dreams will come true! After the first time I listened to it I went and took makeup classes because that's what I wanted to do in life. But now I live in a different city where I moved with my fiance and I can't find a make-up job. Every beauty institute only hire estheticians. There's no other place that would hire a make-up artist. What should I do knowing that moving is no option?

I'm at a loss for words because there's a lot of similarities between what you've been through and what I've been through. My mom's been married 7 times, I grew up being abused by step-dads, dated abusers throughout high school, was assaulted, raped/miscarriage, dated an alcoholic for 2 years who was verbally abusive. For 6 years, I've had severe anxiety attacks from all of this, but you've encouraged me to push harder and be all that God wants me to be. I can't thank you enough!

I have been going through such a hard time lately, and have been experiencing similar feelings of despair at not being able achieve my dreams, but Kandee has given me the encouragement and inspiration to be brave and bold and allow myself to believe again. I went through one of the worst relationships I could ever have come acrossed. I got pregnant at 18 and he moved me from California to Alaska where I wasn't allowed to talk to anyone, to go anywhere without him, to even get a driver's license because that would mean I might go out and see people. I wasn't even allowed to talk to my own mom on the phone. I got out of that and I am on the road to mending my life. You made me cry. Thank you for that video, it was inspirational beyond belief

Hi Kandee! I just watched this video for the hundred time! I keep hoping that my dreams will come true! After the first time I listened to it I went and took makeup classes because that's what I wanted to do in life. But now I live in a different city where I moved with my fiance and I can't find a make-up job. Every beauty institute only hire estheticians. There's no other place that would hire a make-up artist. I'm at a loss for words because there's a lot of similarities between what you've been through and what I've been through. My mom's been married 7 times, I grew up being abused by step-dads, dated abusers throughout high school, was assaulted, raped/miscarriage, dated an alcoholic for 2 years who was verbally abusive. He sees the big picture when we cant :) We just need to have faith that He indeed is in control, He loves us and His plan for our lives is to be used good for His glory.
