Yayyy, there's another series of Ugly Bettyy!! I live in the UK and here we're WAY behind, the series finale of S3 of Ugly Betty is actually on tonight, so I wasn't sure if there was going to be another series...veryy happy :D
My friend Chaz and I are obsessed with a show called Supernatural. It's basically about 2 brothers who fight the supernatural (hardcore testosterone version of Buffy) and he told me that Buffy was his favorite show. Sooo, he gave me the first season, and I've been watching and JUST last night I decided that I really wanted to be Willow for Halloween! How ironic is that?!

Have you checked out Doll House? It has the same girl that played Faith. Plus it is created by Joss Whedon (FIREFLY!) But anyways, cool show if you have the time to check it out.

It would be fun to have a Willow and a Xander and a Buffy (or some combination of two or more of those characters) instead of just one character. It might be more recognizable.

At my old college, there's this cafe where bands come and play. For Halloween, they have like 6 or 7 bands come and "dress up" and play as other bands. It's pretty fun. ^_^

I watch the betty la fea the columbian version and mexican! they are pretty funny! i actrually never have seen the american one.. but theres like soooo many verisons though! but the columbian was the first one! XD
When it comes to Glee I want the silly fake pregnancy storyline to just go away, it beyond belief at this point, also his wife is so annoying and gets away with too much. I, myself cannot wait for Halloween! I decorate the house and the yard and dress up for the trick-or-treaters. I had such a great experience of Halloween growing up I want to pass it on, you know?

No see we here in Texas believe in only almost summer, summer and still summer. Then we have Christmas which is when it gets a little cold for a few days then it gets right back up there to over 70 degrees.
But thanks for the clarification that there is supposed to be a season between Summer and what you call winter. Have fun in that I am going to go sit in the sun relax reading my book for English.
i feel ya about the whole "not liking ur school" thing. it sucks. you just gotta stick it out though! at some point just finishing and getting it over with is the best thing to do. as long as u have some way to make it work! i skype with my girlfriend all the time and that helps!

Buffy is actually the best programme ever on TV. I'm in my 4th year at uni and one of our Seminar topics is "Are modern supernatural women feminist or post feminist", it's amazing. Pretty much a 2 hour class on Buffy, Hermione and Charmed. Also some Bella Swan dissing. *highfive uni*
I don't think you can go wrong with either the Fluke or the Flea ukelele. I have a Bushman (after seeing Julia Nunes) and a Fluke. The Fluke plays a bit louder than the Bushman. With either the Fluke or the Flea, I would get the upgrade rosewood fretboard. Sweetafton23 plays a Fluke and William H. Macy plays a Flea.
I love Halloween and my high school isn't really into it either. Also, glee was based on my high school. I don't watch it, but I think thats sort of cool.
i did the same thing, watched first three seasons of buffy on hulu then bought the fourth. i then watched 5 and 6 on megavideo, i just cant watch the 7th season yet, i just cant! i love buffy!!
I know how that Halloween issue, very few if any dress up at my university, we get the occasional weirdo costume, but that's it. So, I'm actually going to dress up on Friday the 30th and go to my classes like that, I'm going as a Hufflepuff student.
I could never get into Buffy, right now my favorite show is Eastwick, I haven't missed an episode yet. I highly recommend it. :D
Well, I had wanted to watch it for a while and after watching "A Very Potter Musical" and "Little White Lie" I just adored him, and when he made a video saying he was going to be in Eastwick, I was totally excited and made me want to watch it more.

I haven't read all 208 comments, but has anyone mentioned Dollhouse? Brain child of Joss Wheadon who produced Buffy, and Firefly, and all sorts of other good jobs. And starring Eliza Dushku. Absolutely amazing and thought provoking. You should totally add that one to your list.
I got the Buffy box set for my 21st a few years ago because I am a HUGE fan and I have watched it all the way through several times. I'm addicted. It is my favourite TV show ever.

Buffy awesome. Angel very awesome. I think Angel has stronger, fuller characters, and David Boreanaz plays a great white knight. Though I prefer Buffy Season 8 to Angel Season 6.
I started watching Buffy season 5 when I was about 9, and i've gone through all 7 seasons and all 5 seasons of Angel in the past few years. AWESOME TV shows, so so awesome.

I like watching older shows on DVD after they've already been off the air for a few years. I'm watching Alias now and I love it. I should get Buffy. The few episodes I've seen, I have really liked.

1: Why are they getting ready for Halloween already? It's just after Easter!

I watched Firefly and Serenity for the first time four years ago. This video was about the shows I am currently watching, so I didn't mention it. I'm a HUGE browncoat! I've written a Firefly song on my personal channel and on one of my CDs.
I used to LOVE Betty, but now I think it's losing it. Every plot line is the same now. I miss season 1. 2 wasn't that bad. but I'm not that excited for this coming season.
You should switch between Buffy and Angel once you are up to the right season cause some stuff in one affects the other. It's not always that major but there would be some spoilers if you watched all of buffy then went to angel
Oh okay well if you get a chance to check out Dollhouse it's in my opinion a great showcase of Eliza's talent. I love buffy though, never really watched Angel I need to get around to that! Shame youtube wasn't hugely prevalent when Buffy started I'm sure that the buffy equivalent of Wrock would have been good :p

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER + ANGEL. are the most amazing shows ever.. uh.. definethetwilight is right though, they actually do intertwine at some point during crossovers and i think you'd be confused if you don't watch them together.
also, if you have never heard of a show called Supernatural. if you LOVE buffy you should check it out. i love it, and its got great writing and acting.

I'm defiantly getting dressed up for classes at my college. We took the bus down to Value Village to buy costumes and we were so excited that we ended up wearing our costumes home on the bus. It was amusing to say the least. I had a huge puffy skirt and a fairy wand. The driver called me "Cinderella" the whole ride. Clearly missing the part where I was a fairy. lol
I think I just realised why you like Glee (besides its nerdy musical theme). You look a bit like one of the girls in Glee. Since I dont watch the show I couldnt tell you her name but Ive seen the ads and shes got long straight dark-brown hair and she always gets drinks splashed on her.

I absolutely love Buffy and Angel! I watched Buffy when I was a kid but stopped after a few seasons. When they started playing them as reruns I watched them all and really got into Angel too. Even though both the tv series are over now they've still continued in comic form so look forward to those. Also if you wanna be Faith you have to buy leather pants, it just goes.
Yeah, I know. I figured that out when Buffy kept leaving to see Angel and then Angel kept coming back out of nowhere all through season 4. I still kind of want to just watch Buffy first.

Aww, yay! Buffy and Angel were two of my favorite shows growing up. Definitely what got me started loving vampires and all that fantasy junk I'm into today. I can't wait for you to get to season 7 of Buffy. I hope you like it as much as I do. Season 2 of Buffy at the end? Ugh. Joss really knows how to rip your heart out and stomp on it with the Buffy/Angel episodes. Just wait until you get to Angel.

I could never get into Buffy, right now my favorite show is Eastwick, I haven't missed an episode yet. I highly recommend it. :D

Well, I had wanted to watch it for a while and after watching "A Very Potter Musical" and "Little White Lie" I just adored him, and when he made a video saying he was going to be in Eastwick, I was totally excited and made me want to watch it more.

I started watching buffy over the summer for the first time ever too! i just got the 3rd disc of season 4 in the mail today from netflix! i love buffy. it's fantastic. :) Can't wait till the musical episode! :D

I haven't read all 208 comments, but has anyone mentioned Dollhouse? Brain child of Joss Wheadon who produced Buffy, and Firefly, and all sorts of other good jobs. And starring Eliza Dushku. Absolutely amazing and thought provoking. You should totally add that one to your list.

I got the Buffy box set for my 21st a few years ago because I am a HUGE fan and I have watched it all the way through several times. I'm addicted. It is my favourite TV show ever.
Also love Ugly Betty. But in the UK we are only half way through Season 3.

Buffy awesome. Angel very awesome. I think Angel has stronger, fuller characters, and David Boreanaz plays a great white knight. Though I prefer Buffy Season 8 to Angel Season 6.

I own (or rather, my older sister owns) every episode of Buffy, every episode of Angel, all of the Volumes of the Slayer books and Go Ask Malice: Diary of a Slayer (Faith before she came to Sunnydale, it's really good, read it!)

At our cafeteria one of the common desserts is simply a cookie bar with frosting and sprinkles. Here is a conversation that occurred one day when someone had one:
1: Why are they getting ready for Halloween already? It's just after Easter!
2: What do you mean?
1: Look at the sprinkles! Orange and black!
2: *looks silently at 1*
2: What are our school colors?
1: *turning slightly red* Oh, yeah.
When orange & black are the school colors, it kind of feels a bit like Halloween all year round.

I can answer that.
It is because americans are so overweight. Any slippery surface will render them unstable and 'fall' on their chunky butts.
This is more likely to happen during the season we call "winter" time.

You should switch between Buffy and Angel once you are up to the right season cause some stuff in one affects the other. It's not always that major but there would be some spoilers if you watched all of buffy then went to angel

Oh okay well if you get a chance to check out Dollhouse it's in my opinion a great showcase of Eliza's talent. I love buffy though, never really watched Angel I need to get around to that! Shame youtube wasn't hugely prevalent when Buffy started I'm sure that the buffy equivalent of Wrock would have been good :p

I love halloween and dressing up.. i'm probably thinking about Ginny Weasly, my hair is the right shade of red.
BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER + ANGEL. are the most amazing shows ever.. uh.. definethetwilight is right though, they actually do intertwine at some point during crossovers and i think you'd be confused if you don't watch them together.
also, if you have never heard of a show called Supernatural. if you LOVE buffy you should check it out. i love it, and its got great writing and acting.

I'm defiantly getting dressed up for classes at my college. We took the bus down to Value Village to buy costumes and we were so excited that we ended up wearing our costumes home on the bus. It was amusing to say the least. I had a huge puffy skirt and a fairy wand. The driver called me "Cinderella" the whole ride. Clearly missing the part where I was a fairy. lol

I think I just realised why you like Glee (besides its nerdy musical theme). You look a bit like one of the girls in Glee. Since I dont watch the show I couldnt tell you her name but Ive seen the ads and shes got long straight dark-brown hair and she always gets drinks splashed on her.

I absolutely love Buffy and Angel! I watched Buffy when I was a kid but stopped after a few seasons. When they started playing them as reruns I watched them all and really got into Angel too. Even though both the tv series are over now they've still continued in comic form so look forward to those. Also if you wanna be Faith you have to buy leather pants, it just goes.

It's a good idea to watch Buffy and Angel seasons at the same time, as they go together.
Buffy Season 4 -> Angel Season 1
Buffy Season 5 -> Angel Season 2
Buffy Season 6 -> Angel Season 3
Buffy Season 7 -> Angel Season 4
and then Angel Season 5 happens after Season 7, but before the Buffy season 8 commics.

Aww, yay! Buffy and Angel were two of my favorite shows growing up. Definitely what got me started loving vampires and all that fantasy junk I'm into today. I can't wait for you to get to season 7 of Buffy. I hope you like it as much as I do. Season 2 of Buffy at the end? Ugh. Joss really knows how to rip your heart out and stomp on it with the Buffy/Angel episodes. Just wait until you get to Angel.
