Can you supply some more detailed measurements about the torsion box? I understand that it should be 26" x 5.5', but what about the table lip dimensions?
The table thickness ?
The torsion box height?
IE eny dimensions that are important to the successful creation of a torsion box that will work properly with your kit.
Thanks for the questions. Thee is an important lip over the torsion box as you noticed. The lip should overhang the structure to provide space for the lower rail (3/4") and the x-axis mount (1/2"), totalling 1-1/4" (to be safe, I would make it an even 2"). A 3/4" mdf should be used for the table top. The torsion box height should be at least 3" unless legs will be used at the midpoint.
