John smokes two packs of cigarettes a day. He has been hiding the fact that he is in the latent stages of lung cancer. If you look him up on nndb you can see that he smokes. When will he admit that he has this mild form of lung cancer. I know someone that used to work for him in a minor role but overheard a lot of things.
