i've been separating artwork for screenprinting for over30 years and straight up these color separating programs are bullshit,they never work like Mr. Fresener claims they do,it takes as much time to adjust and tweek these programs results as it would to create it and separate in channels without the program,i have two of these so called separating and they are about worthless when it comes to separating high end graphics
The truth is you are not my typical customer. You don't need me. My customers love FastFilms and T-Seps and with over 9,000 users world wide I can tell you that they use these programs all the time. I know... I talk to them all the time. If you look at any of these programs as a tool to save time (to build the underbase and pull the basic colors) then then they are great. They do the heavy lifting. Yes, you have to tweaks and if you don't know Photoshop then T-Seps is magic.
